High-end residential construction requires the coordination of dozens of contractors, strict adherence to schedules, and uninterrupted supply chains. Market statistics show that up to 50% of contractors fail to meet their obligations — which directly leads to missed deadlines and budget overruns.
Our experience proves that the key to a successful result lies not in isolated decisions, but in a comprehensive, system-based approach where every stage of the process is fully controlled.
Personal expert
At Studia 54, each project is assigned a personal expert — a trusted representative responsible for meeting approved timelines and budgets, as well as resolving any operational issues promptly. All stages of work are tracked within a professional project management system.
Customers can also monitor construction progress in real time via remote video surveillance at the site.

Unified project management as the foundation of control
Studia 54 operates under a full-cycle project management model. We coordinate every stage — from initial design and engineering to final furnishing and handover. Over 10 years of delivering technically complex projects, we have refined our process based on the principles of Integrated Project Management.
Detailed schedules for construction works and material deliveries are developed for each space. Contractors’ workflows are synchronized to eliminate downtime and task duplication, making timelines predictable and fully controlled.
This comprehensive approach removes key risks: we ensure transaction security, fully control logistics and material quality, and take responsibility for resolving any issues related to defects or non-compliance with specifications.
Example of a completed project
One of the projects we are particularly proud of is a private residence in Repino. This was a fully integrated project that spanned three years: beginning with architectural design (including landscape), followed by interior design, and culminating in construction. More than 150 professionals from the Studia 54 team were involved at every stage, overseeing the process in detail.

For the customer, preserving the natural environment was essential. Century-old pine trees, moss, blueberry and bilberry shrubs, the existing terrain, and natural elevation changes on the site all had to remain intact. In addition, we planted over 300 trees and shrubs, bringing the total number of plants on the property to more than 600. Another distinctive feature of the residential forest became a series of monkey sculptures — a motif the customer particularly enjoys. We developed the concept sketches, and the sculptures were then handcrafted by our artisans at our own production facility in Saint Petersburg.
An interesting fact: after the Repino project was published on our website, these sculptures gained wide attention and have since become one of the most frequently requested references by new clients.

As for the interior concept, one of the key requests was the creation of an indoor garden with a mature olive tree. In Russia, olive trees are typically ornamental and do not produce fruit suitable for oil extraction, so we sourced a full-grown olive tree from Italy — a process that involved complex logistics. While the tree was en route to Russia, four teams of horticultural specialists prepared the space and ensured optimal conditions.
We designed and implemented dedicated engineering systems to maintain a stable microclimate within the glass cube: automated irrigation, air conditioning, humidification and dehumidification, carefully calibrated lighting, and ventilation. All systems were integrated into a smart home platform. We also engineered a specialized foundation and drainage system for the winter garden, selected garden furniture and decorative stones, and laid pathways made of architectural concrete.
This project is a clear example of how a comprehensive approach, attention to detail, and full control at every stage allow us to bring even the most ambitious ideas to life.

International standards and materials
In the architecture and interiors of Studia 54, we work exclusively with proven premium materials, durable structural solutions, and engineering systems that meet international standards. Structural design, engineering, finishes, and full specification are approved already at the design stage, ensuring predictability and quality throughout the entire process.
We deliberately choose natural materials that age beautifully over time, enhancing the status and individuality of a residence rather than losing their value.
Natural stone
- Granite is used to create expressive architectural accents that emphasize strength, solidity, and the monumentality of form.
- Travertine is valued for its ability to develop a noble patina over time, naturally creating an aged, refined appearance.
- Slate adds depth and layered texture, visually enriching surfaces and creating a sophisticated interplay of light and shadow.
Exotic wood species
- Cumaru and Merbau are woods known for their exceptional density and resistance to environmental impact. Traditionally used in yacht construction, their application in architecture brings a rich, expressive texture and a sense of understated luxury.

Trusted contractors
We work exclusively with carefully vetted suppliers and contractors who have proven experience in the premium segment. This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality standards, control every stage of production and installation, and ultimately meet the expectations of the most demanding clients.
A professional team for complex challenges
Each project is handled by a large multidisciplinary team that includes project managers, architects, engineers, BIM specialists, interior designers, production engineers, structural designers, procurement and logistics experts — and, of course, a dedicated personal expert. Today, the Studia 54 team brings together more than 200 professionals.
Their coordinated work, built on clear regulations and well-established processes, ensures seamless synchronization across all stages and allows projects to be delivered within the approved timelines.

A comprehensive approach is the foundation of successful premium-class residential construction.
