PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the Federal Law No 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” in order to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrecy.
The Privacy Policy applies to all personal data that is processed by Limited Liability Company “Studia 54” (INN 7841087838, OGRN 1207800006182, 191124, Saint-Petersburg, Novgorodskaya St., 23, A, Sec. 203-N, cab. 1) (hereafter — Operator, OOO “Studia 54”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, it also administers the Site.

1. General provisions.
1.1. A User of the Site is any individual who accesses the Site, regardless of whether such individual has created an account on the Site.
1.2 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the User’s personal information includes:

2. Purposes of processing users' personal information.
2.1. The Site collects and stores only such personal information as is necessary for the provision of services or for the performance of agreements and contracts with the User, except in cases where the retention of personal information for a specific period is required by applicable law.
Upon receiving a notice from the User withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data, the Site shall cease processing the User’s personal data within no more than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of such notice.

2.2. Personal information of the User is processed by the Site for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Ensuring compliance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws, and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
2.2.2. Exercising functions, powers, and duties assigned to the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation in accordance with federal laws, local acts of the Operator regulating relations associated with the Operator's activities.
2.2.3. Identification of the User registered on the Site for conclusion, execution, and termination of civil law contracts with individuals, including those concluded remotely on the Site.
2.2.4. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Site.
2.2.5. Establishing contact with the User, including sending notifications, inquiries regarding the use of the Site, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User.

2.2.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of any issues related to the use of the Site.
2.2.10. Performing advertising activities with the User's consent.
3. Terms of processing personal information of users and its transfer to third parties.
3.1. The processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the data subjects to the processing of their personal data, as well as without such consent in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. The Operator carries out both automated and non-automated processing of personal data.
3.3. Access to personal data is granted to OOO “Studia 54” and to the Operator’s employees whose official duties include the processing of personal data.
3.4. The Site stores Users’ personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services.
3.5. User personal information remains confidential, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain services, the User agrees that part of their personal information may become publicly available.
3.6. The Site may transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.6.1. The User has given consent to such actions.
3.6.2. The transfer is necessary for the User’s use of a specific service or for the performance of a specific agreement or contract with the User.

The User’s personal data is processed without limitation of time using the following methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools. The processing of Users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.
3.8. The Operator undertakes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
3.9. Before initiating cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country to which the transfer is intended provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
3.10. Cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out with the written consent of the personal data subject to such transfer and/or for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
3.11. Postal and courier services delivering goods purchased by Users and handing them over to Users may request personal data from the User necessary for identification purposes (including passport details). The relations concerning the provision and processing of such personal data arise directly between the Users and the requesting parties.
4. Obligations of the parties.
4.1. The User is obliged to:
4.1.1. Provide information on personal data necessary for using the Site, namely:
— Surname, name, paternal name;
— E-mail address;
— Phone number.
4.1.2. Update, complete the provided information on personal data in case of changes in this information.
4.2. Administration of the Site is obliged to:
4.2.1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
4.2.2. To ensure secrecy of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
4.2.3. To ensure protection of the User's personal data during their processing, take legal, organizational, and technical measures against unauthorized, illegal, or accidental access to personal data, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as other unlawful actions in relation to personal data, according to the procedure usually applied for the protection of such information in the existing practices.
4.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
4.2.5. Delete personal data upon receipt of a corresponding appeal or request of the User or his/her legal representative, authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects, or in case of identification of inaccurate personal data.
5. Responsibilities of the Parties.
5.1. To ensure secrecy of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
5.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Operator shall not be held liable if such confidential information:
5.2.1. Became publicly available prior to its loss or disclosure.
5.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Operator.
5.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
5.3. The User shall bear sole responsibility for any consequences resulting from the provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete personal data.
6. Dispute resolution.
6.1. Before filing a claim with the court on disputes arising from the relations between the Site User and the Operator, it is mandatory to file a claim.
6.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing of the results of the claim review.
6.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court for review in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Operator.
7. Additional provisions.
7.1. This Privacy Policy constitutes an internal regulatory document of OOO “Studia 54”.
7.2. The current version of the Privacy Policy is published on the webpage at the following address: https://studia-54.com/policy
7.2. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
7.3. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
