3. Terms of processing personal information of users and its transfer to third parties.

3.10. Cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out with the written consent of the personal data subject to such transfer and/or for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
3.11. Postal and courier services delivering goods purchased by Users and handing them over to Users may request personal data from the User necessary for identification purposes (including passport details). The relations concerning the provision and processing of such personal data arise directly between the Users and the requesting parties.
4. Obligations of the parties.
4.1. The User is obliged to:

4.1.2. Update, complete the provided information on personal data in case of changes in this information.
4.2. Administration of the Site is obliged to:

4.2.2. To ensure secrecy of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.

To ensure protection of the User's personal data during their processing, take legal, organizational, and technical measures against unauthorized, illegal, or accidental access to personal data, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as other unlawful actions in relation to personal data, according to the procedure usually applied for the protection of such information in the existing practices.
4.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
4.2.5. Delete personal data upon receipt of a corresponding appeal or request of the User or his/her legal representative, authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects, or in case of identification of inaccurate personal data.
5. Responsibilities of the Parties.
5.1. To ensure secrecy of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
5.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Operator shall not be held liable if such confidential information:
5.2.1. Became publicly available prior to its loss or disclosure.
5.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Operator.
5.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
5.3. The User shall bear sole responsibility for any consequences resulting from the provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete personal data.
6. Dispute resolution.
6.1. Before filing a claim with the court on disputes arising from the relations between the Site User and the Operator, it is mandatory to file a claim.
6.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing of the results of the claim review.
6.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court for review in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Operator.
7. Additional provisions.
7.1. This Privacy Policy constitutes an internal regulatory document of OOO “Studia 54”.

7.2. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
