Our portfolio already includes more than 650 projects of varying scale — from 3,000 to 10,000 sq.m residences. Today, our largest commissions is an 8-hectare luxury retreat. In this article, we reveal the key principles that define architecture for the most discerning clients and show how the Studia 54 team addresses these expectations through the concept of quiet luxury.

The era of demonstrative luxury is over

Fifteen years ago, luxury was expressed through visible markers — gold finishes, bold color combinations, and sheer building height. Today, clients value individuality and privacy above all. The defining trend of the decade is quiet luxury, which has become the foundation of Studia 54’s signature style.

Our long-term partners include influential entrepreneurs for whom luxury is measured not by excess, but by quality, atmosphere, exclusivity, bespoke solutions, and meticulous personalization. We design large-scale, technically complex private residences that reflect both the status and the lifestyle scenarios of their owners.

Luxury cannot be bought — it must be designed

To create the desired vision of a home and bring a client’s dream to life, our personal expert begins by getting to know each homeowner individually — their work, hobbies, aspirations, preferences, and future plans. Architectural design is a collaborative process, guided entirely by the client’s vision. This is how projects are created — the kind that people dream about, discuss, and strive to own.

Personalization is our defining tool, and it has become a true status marker in the premium segment.

High-end architecture not only reflects status, but also becomes an extension of the client’s personality and worldview. For example, the concept of a premium interior in Uzbekistan grew from a deeply personal story. Next to the family home, the client’s parents planted a tree on the day he was born. It grew alongside him and brought comfort during difficult moments as he watched its leaves sway in the wind.

In response, we placed a floating brass-and-glass tree installation at the heart of the composition — a symbolic metaphor where the tree and the waterfall reflect the swift and beautiful flow of life.

Privacy comes first

Individuals with ultra-high net worth face constant public attention and live under the lens of cameras. For them, privacy becomes the highest priority. Such clients require minimal contact with the outside world and a large, enclosed plot that guarantees complete seclusion.

To achieve this effect, we use concealed façades and sliding slatted systems, as well as lush greenery that forms a natural screen and protects residents from outside view.

A client from India decided to build a private club house next to his family residence — a space for hosting guests, relatives, and ceremonial events. Privacy was critical, as his visitors include influential entrepreneurs and high-ranking officials.

On the façade, you can see movable slatted panels. Along the perimeter of the upper floors, we added elevated planters that also shield the guests.

The additional fence along the residence extends the main entrance axis, illuminates the grounds, and creates the impression of an exclusive, closed-door event.

A new attitude toward space

Today, the primary marker of status is the size of the plot.

This shift has led us to a new architectural approach — residences with elongated proportions, where the focus is not on height but on horizontal volumes. This technique also allows the architecture to blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.

True status is now expressed through exclusivity, privacy, and deep personalization of space. At Studia 54, we create residences that reflect the owner’s identity — bringing their vision of home to life and designing unique art objects that preserve their personal stories.
