We select a unique solution for each customer. We carry out all stages of work from the design of the house to the stage of interior decoration. We will develop for you the architecture and interior of the house in the unique style of Studia 54 and provide a detailed study of the wishes for the layout and architecture of the house.
In luxury real estate, the price of error is too high — not only in money, but also in time. Therefore, the key question here is not "what the house looks like," but how the economy of its creation is built. We will tell you more about the construction of luxury suburban real estate in this article.

What does the cost of a premium house actually consist of?
In the premium segment, the construction economy is shaped not only by the cost per square meter or the level of finish, but also by a system of interrelated processes. The project, team, management, implementation and quality control work as a single mechanism, where each decision affects the final result.
At Studia 54, the work on the award residency is carried out by an interdisciplinary team of more than 200 specialists. Architects, interior designers, engineers, planners, managers and technical specialists work in a single contour, making decisions taking into account the entire life cycle of an object — from concept to operation. This format allows you to maintain consistency between architecture, interior design and engineering systems and ensures high accuracy of implementation.

The project management process is based on the principles of Integrated Project Management (IPM), formed on the basis of more than 10 years of practice in the implementation of large-scale facilities. Detailed construction and configuration schedules are developed for each room, which synchronize the work of contractors, suppliers and production facilities. This allows you to manage the sequence of processes, eliminate the intersection of stages and reduce technological risks.
All project participants are coordinated through a personal manager who monitors compliance with deadlines, budget frameworks, and design decisions. All stages are recorded in the project management system, which ensures transparency of processes and allows you to track the progress of implementation in real time. Additionally, a video surveillance system is used at the facility, and independent technical supervision regularly checks the quality of work and compliance with project documentation.

The final stage of the control includes checking the finishing materials, the accuracy of the execution of complex assemblies, the quality of furniture assembly and the compliance of the implemented solutions with the approved concept. This multi-level approach is especially important in projects with a high proportion of individual solutions and a complex author's architecture.
An example of this approach was the 750 m² residence in Repino, where the implementation of a spiral staircase required the coordination of more than ten contractors. All work was carried out directly on the site, with step-by-step control and precise synchronization of processes, which made it possible to achieve architectural and engineering accuracy consistent with the design concept.

Materials and technologies
Materials and technologies in Studia 54 projects shape tactile sensations, durability and holistic perception of the house. Natural stone is used in construction and decoration — marble, onyx, travertine and quartzite, an array of valuable wood species, engineered wood, architectural concrete, brass, bronze and anodized aluminum. Facade solutions include ceramic panels, natural stone, HPL panels, and glass systems with enhanced heat and sun protection characteristics.
Interior designs are developed taking into account complex engineering components: hidden door systems, individual stairs, custom wall panels, acoustic ceilings, built-in storage systems and custom-made furniture. All projects use a multi-level lighting system using architectural and decorative lights, scenario management and integration with smart home systems.
The engineering part is based on modern climate control systems with zoning, supply and exhaust ventilation systems with recuperation, water treatment and water treatment, as well as intelligent safety and automation systems. All technologies are selected taking into account the climatic conditions of the region, the architectural concept and the scenarios of the owners' lives.
This approach allows us to create an environment where materials and technologies provide a high level of comfort, operational stability and visual cleanliness of architectural and interior solutions.

Why integrated design is changing the economics of construction
The logic of integrated design
At Studia 54, we build work on a project as a manageable and transparent process in which each stage logically continues the previous one. Integrated design allows you to think through the architecture, interior and technical solutions in advance, while maintaining the integrity of the concept and control over deadlines, budget and quality of implementation.
The work begins with the formation of the terms of reference. At this stage, the Studia 54 team examines in detail the customer's request, family lifestyle, home use scenarios and aesthetic preferences. We discuss visual guidelines, references, and functional expectations, after which we form a preliminary terms of reference and submit a package of documents to launch the project. This is where the foundation of all further work is laid.
This approach allows Studia 54 to accompany the customer at every stage — from the idea to the finished project, eliminating chaos, duplication of solutions and inconsistencies between specialists. Integrated design transforms the process of creating a home into an accurate, verified system, where every detail works for a single result and reflects the lifestyle of the owner.
A house as a reflection of a lifestyle
Luxury real estate is always personal. Therefore, complex design begins with an analysis of the scenarios of the owner's life.:
the rhythm of the day and privacy;
- family habits;
- functional requirements;
- customized lighting scenarios;
- integration of smart technologies.
The house is designed for the customer and his family, not for an abstract standard.

Integrated design is an investment in the quality of life.
Our customers' time is too valuable to waste on alterations and uncertainty. That is why, in the premium segment, an integrated approach is becoming not an advantage, but a standard.
This is how the Studia 54 team works — creating homes where architecture, interior and life are combined into a single, verified scenario. As a result, the construction follows a single logic, and you get a thoughtful, flawless space without stress and unexpected problems.
