We have developed a design project for a 1,500 m² residence for a married couple who have long dreamed of a residence with a picturesque view and exclusive design. Natural materials, tactility and a calm atmosphere for life were important. We discussed the brass elements separately — they have become bright accents in almost every room.
The name of the Equiora design concept was formed around the idea of balance. In the project of a 1,500 m² residence, this idea is embodied in a combination of materials, in working with light and in a thoughtful layout. The grandeur of the first floor is perfectly balanced with the privacy of the second, and the routes of movement are thought out taking into account the daily routine of the family.

As part of the project, we paid special attention to proportions, material selection, and light. More than 25 unique art objects have been created for this residence: light installations, sculptures and decorative panels, as well as exclusive furniture in a single copy. A team of 50 Studia 54 specialists worked on the implementation for several months.
Project concept
The interior is decorated in a warm, complex color scheme with an emphasis on natural materials. Veneer, leather, stone and metal are found in the most daring combinations in private and formal spaces. Brass elements, according to the wishes of the customers, are integrated into the fixtures, fittings and furniture parts, uniting all rooms with each other.

Living room
When designing the main front room, the living room, we thought of matching different scenarios of life: cozy family evenings, dinner parties with distinguished guests and special events.
The composition is built around the Minotti sofa group — this is the basis that sets the logic of the entire area. Porada coffee tables elegantly complement the interior design, adding new shades to the overall color scheme.

An end-to-end bio fireplace divides the living room and kitchen, maintaining a visual connection between them. The portal is made of stone with an expressive texture and brass inserts that enhance the vertical. The TV area is solved through ocher-colored genuine leather panels. This solution made it possible to visually deepen the wall, due to which the space is perceived as more spacious.
The key accent is an Eichholtz chandelier made of several hundred decorative pendants imitating crystal. The pendants are made of blue glass, resembling a frozen crystal rain. Additional lighting scenarios allow you to change the perception of space during the day.

Kitchen
The kitchen is functionally separated from the relaxation area. All the equipment is hidden, creating user-friendliness and visual cleanliness, according to the customer's wishes. Facades with a metallized effect give a soft brass gradient that changes depending on the lighting and adds depth even to flat surfaces.
An apron made of stone with an active pattern forms a contrasting accent. Illuminated display cases provide storage and add a second light layer. The island is designed in a calm color scheme to maintain the balance of the composition.

Master bedroom
The private area is more relaxed in the mood. The main focus is the FiftyFourms bed in olive shade, which sets the tone for the entire space. The color is chosen as calm and deep, it creates an atmosphere of privacy.
The wall panels behind the headboard create a rhythm and add depth. The lighting here is more delicate, without harsh accents. All solutions are aimed at making the space feel calm and whole.

In Studia 54 projects, the master bedroom is always considered as an independent world inside the house. Here we give preference to the sensations that will form the customer's daily routine: light, tactile materials, acoustic comfort, morning and evening scenarios.

Special attention is paid to the light. We design several scenarios: soft evening light, morning, accent and functional. Hidden lines, sconces, author's lamps, headboard and niche lighting are used — everything to make the space easily adapt to the mood and time of day.

Master bathroom
The master bathroom continues the general logic of the project, but reveals itself through more expressive work with materials. Stone with an active texture, wood and brass are assembled in a multi-layered composition, where each surface gives its own depth.
The sink area is arranged symmetrically: a double composition with integrated niches on the sides. The niches are illuminated and used for storage, which keeps the space visually clean. The cabinet is made in a complex geometry, which adds graphics to the interior.
Brass faucets and details support the overall gamut, while a suspended chandelier adds decorativeness and gathers space in the center. The lighting is thought out on several levels — general lighting, mirror illumination and local scenarios for everyday use.

Wardrobe
The dressing room is organized according to the boutique principle. The space is clearly structured: open sections with lighting allow you to immediately see the contents, closed blocks are used to store seasonal items. There are separate areas for shoes and bags.

The central island with a showcase is used for storing jewelry and accessories. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail — from the height of the sections to the organization of the drawers. The space looks organized and at the same time remains convenient in everyday use.

Guest bathrooms
The project provides for several bathrooms, and each one is designed as an independent space. At the same time, they are united by a common logic of materials and colors.

One of the bathrooms uses a lighter stone and a minimalistic composition with an emphasis on the shape of the sink and the geometry of the mirror with a brass frame. The other one has more warm wood and a chamber atmosphere due to the soft light and deeper shades.

Storage systems, lighting and usage details have been worked out in all rooms. Even the secondary areas retain the level of the main interior.

SPA area
The SPA space is made in natural wood. The main focus is on the texture of the material and the feeling of privacy. The panoramic window adds depth and connects the space to the site.

The benches and walls are made of solid wood, the lighting is built in to emphasize the geometry. The space is assembled as cleanly as possible, without unnecessary elements.
In the bathrooms of the SPA area, glass sinks with a tinted texture have become accentuated. Each element, from the holders to the dispensers, is selected in a single style and color, so that the space is perceived as whole and organized.

The Equiora residence with an area of 1,500 m² is a project in which all solutions are built through the idea of balance, embedded in the very name. This is felt not only at the level of visual perception, but also in how the space adapts to the scenarios of family life: the dynamics of lighting determines the perception of materials and directly affects the daily interaction with the house.
The interior of the residence turned out to be warm, deep and thoughtful. It gives a sense of calm, while maintaining expressiveness due to materials, light and details. It was this balance that became the basis of the entire project.
