Crema Bianca is a two-storey residence spanning 1,200 m², designed in a minimalist aesthetic and executed in Studia 54’s signature architectural style. Clean lines, precise geometry, and a strong dominance of horizontals shape an image of quiet luxury — light, graphic, and at the same time undeniably prestigious.
The first-level facades, clad in natural stone with a smooth tactile texture, combined with the light finish of the upper volume, evoke the atmosphere of a resort villa. It was precisely this feeling of a sunlit coastal retreat within a private home that became the client’s main wish.
Beyond strict compositional logic, the project incorporates expressive focal points. Custom installations and vertical decorative slats create intricate light-and-shadow graphics, enhance the plasticity of the facades, and lend the architecture depth and layered complexity.

Architectural Concept
At the core of Crema Bianca’s architectural concept lies the idea of purity of form combined with sensual volumetric expression.
The first floor, clad in decorative fiber cement panels, is perceived as a dense, warm base — tactile and fundamental. It forms a stable architectural pedestal, creating a sense of protection and privacy.
The second floor, finished in white porcelain stoneware, crowns the composition like a light, airy layer. The contrast between the solidity of the base and the luminous lightness of the upper volume brings dynamic tension to the entire architectural composition.
The facade composition follows the aesthetics of cubic minimalism and is based on the principle of “quadrature,” a classical proportional method rooted in antiquity. The entire structure is inscribed within a strict geometric system of proportional relationships between the whole and its parts, where diagonals and modules create a harmonious framework.
The project was inspired by a realized Studia 54 residence in Spain. Laconic forms, clear structure, and a soft connection to nature are emphasized through living textures, tactile materials, and a выразительная interplay of light and shadow.

Layout
The principle of “layering” is realized through functional zoning: public and service areas on the first floor are complemented by a separate annex for staff, while the second floor is dedicated to an isolated family suite. This solution ensures privacy, logical navigation, and a comfortable spatial scenario.
First Floor
The first floor is conceived as a representative level with a pronounced ceremonial function. It is shaped by large, fluid volumes of the living room, fireplace area, and dining space, seamlessly connected to the main kitchen and an additional kitchen-living area.
The scale of the open-plan layout allows for hosting receptions and family gatherings while preserving the option for more intimate zoning.
The entrance group is designed for intensive use: multiple foyers, dressing rooms, and a vestibule ensure flawless logistics. The presence of a master bedroom on the first level expands living scenarios, allowing it to function either as a guest suite or as a private block for the senior generation.
Service infrastructure is organized autonomously. Storage rooms, laundry facilities, technical spaces, and two garages are integrated into the structure in a way that keeps household processes discreet and invisible.
The terrace becomes a natural continuation of the living room, forming a cohesive façade composition and strengthening the connection between interior and exterior space.

Second Floor
The second floor represents a private residential level with a clear division between the master block and family bedrooms.
The master zone includes a spacious bedroom, separate walk-in wardrobes, and a large bathroom, creating the atmosphere of a five-star hotel suite.
Three additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms ensure autonomy for family members or guests. A playroom provides a flexible children’s scenario, while a gym and sauna form a spa zone within the home.
An additional kitchen-living area and two terraces enhance the independence of this level, allowing it to function as a self-sufficient private block. The layout is designed for long-term autonomous living, where each resident enjoys personal space without losing connection to shared areas.
The entrance group is accentuated by an elegant installation. In front of the house, a carefully integrated garage zone with a driveway ensures that even utilitarian elements become part of the overall architectural composition.

Leisure Areas
Special attention was given to outdoor spaces. The main terrace features a dining area for 12 guests, with a fully equipped summer kitchen located nearby for hosting gatherings.
Panoramic glazing and the abundance of terraces flood the house with natural light, creating the atmosphere of a southern resort even within the Kazakhstan region’s climate.
Designer chandeliers, crafted according to custom sketches, emit a soft warm glow, shaping an intimate ambiance for evening family moments.

When designing country residences, we always apply innovative technologies and contemporary design solutions that meet the latest standards of energy efficiency. We transform our clients’ wishes and specific requirements into functional, spacious layouts and carefully select high-quality construction materials.
In the Crema Bianca project, we succeeded in fulfilling the client’s key request — to create the feeling of a sun-drenched resort within a private home, while preserving architectural rigor, thoughtful spatial logic, and an exceptional level of comfort.
