Concept as the foundation
Every work of art begins with an idea.
At Studia 54, each project starts with an in-depth conversation with the client. We explore their personal story, lifestyle, passions, values — how they live and what truly inspires them.
While working on a project in Vietnam, we learned that the client was deeply passionate about history and art and envisioned his home as a private museum. In response, our team designed a bespoke lighting installation made of glass and metal tubes, carefully adapted to complex engineering constraints. We also created a custom display system for collectible objects — one that functions both as storage and as a standalone art piece.
The client did not want a single empty wall, so each surface became a canvas. Studia 54’s designers enriched the interiors with frescoes, sculptural panels, and decorative wall lights shaped like petals. Every element reflects the client’s devotion to art, turning the residence into a cohesive, deeply personal architectural narrative.
A continuous narrative: when a home tells its own story
When a residence becomes a work of art, a strong concept is essential. It allows the home to reflect not only its owners, but to develop its own narrative—its own dreams and meaning.
At Studia 54, we create concepts that are read through every detail. For example, in our latest project in Dubai, we built the story around the collision of natural elements and molten lava. This motif runs like a red thread through every space: a striking art object inside a glass cube filled with dried amaranth, a rare type of onyx reminiscent of flowing magma, and sculptural elements that appear as if shaped by fire itself.
Art objects as part of the architectural structure
Architectural design can and should be approached creatively. Even the most complex architecture can become not a challenge, but a source of inspiration for the team.
We had a similar experience while working on a villa in Goa with a semi-circular layout. This geometry inspired us to transform the dome into an art object that tells the story of the homeowners’ lives. We drew from the concept of Goa’s blazing sun, with veneer “rays” radiating outward to evoke sand dunes and the play of light on ocean waves.
For the dome’s painting, our inspiration came from the homeowner’s collection of Dutch masterpieces. We infused the dome with the aesthetics of the old masters, translating their nuanced light and shadow, meticulous detailing, and harmony of half-tones onto its surface. In this way, a structural architectural element evolved into a true work of art.
One style, many forms
We design large-scale, technically complex private residences shaped around our clients’ dreams and individual lifestyles.
One of our clients, a member of a yacht club with a highly active way of life, inspired us to create a residence that echoes the lines of a yacht. The façade was assembled using exotic hardwoods such as cumaru and merbau. The roof was laid with almost jewelry-level precision, featuring a 45-degree installation angle. Across the site, we also designed eco-trails with a total length of half a kilometer.
Despite the diversity of architectural forms, all our projects share the unmistakable Studia 54 signature: complex proportions, expressive geometries, premium materials, and a deep harmony with the landscape. Our architecture does not follow trends — it shapes them, remaining timeless.
Premium materials
Natural materials make every project truly unique and impossible to replicate. Marble slabs offer this exclusivity by nature: each stone carries its own organic pattern, never repeated twice. The same applies to limited collections of ceramics or metal finishes — materials chosen not only for their beauty, but for their rarity and individuality.

When a residence becomes a collectible asset, every element within it must meet the same standard.
In an age of mass production, craftsmanship has become a true currency of luxury. Clients value objects that carry the energy and skill of the maker: intricate wood carving, fine inlay, hand-forged metal, and bespoke furniture created as one-of-a-kind pieces. Over time, these details only gain value preserving the unmistakable imprint of the artisan — much like fine wine.
In our projects, we often work with brass or create patinated finishes. First, true metal craftsmanship has become rare, and such elements immediately signal the owner’s status. Second, these materials age beautifully, developing character over time and increasing in value.
A home as a legacy
The purpose of collectible-level architecture is not to impress guests, but to create a legacy.
Such a residence preserves the values, taste, and philosophy of its owner. At Studia 54, we believe that true luxury is not something you buy — it is something you leave behind.
