The Repino residence

The Repino residence is a comprehensive Studia 54 project and a clear example of a full-cycle approach. From architectural and landscape design to interior design and construction, every stage was developed and executed by our team. We worked on this project for three years, with more than 150 specialists involved at different phases, each contributing to the final result.

The client’s key request was a respectful and careful approach to the natural landscape. Century-old pine trees, moss, wild blueberry and lingonberry shrubs, as well as the site’s natural elevation changes, were preserved. In addition, more than 300 trees and shrubs were planted, bringing the total number of plants on the residence grounds to over 600.

A distinctive accent of the project became the bespoke monkey sculptures. We developed the sketches and produced these art objects at our own manufactory. After the Repino project was published, the sculptures received a strong response and became a recognizable element that new clients began referencing in their own requests.

An indoor garden with an olive tree

The heart of the interior is a winter garden centered around an olive tree. As only decorative olive varieties can be grown in Russia, the tree was sourced from Italy. Four teams of horticulturists were involved in caring for the plants, while the necessary engineering infrastructure was prepared on site in advance.

To maintain a stable microclimate, we designed integrated systems for automatic irrigation, air conditioning, humidification and dehumidification, ventilation, and architectural lighting. All systems were connected to a smart home platform. In addition, we developed a drainage system, prepared the structural base, and selected garden furniture, decorative stones, and pathways made of architectural concrete.

Apartment in the OKO Tower

Over 10 years of practice, our team has repeatedly worked with complex engineering and organizational challenges. One such example is a 1,000 m² apartment occupying an entire floor in the OKO Tower.

The intricate layout required the integration of a dedicated staff block and the creation of a full-scale SPA zone with synchronized engineering systems. Particular attention was given to the installation of a chandelier composed of more than 2,000 pendants. To achieve this, we engineered a custom mounting system that accounted for height-related loads and the specific conditions of an apartment located on the 87th floor.

Logistics became a separate challenge due to the complex conditions of the first quarter of 2022. Despite economic restrictions, all materials and equipment were delivered on schedule.

Residence in Rublyovka

Projects spanning several thousand square meters require more than architectural solutions — they demand a precisely structured management system.

For a 3,000 m² residence in Rublyovka, the Studia 54 team coordinated the work of over 150 contractors, including specialists in landscape design, water features, and the construction of cascading fountains.

Unified project management made it possible to maintain both timelines and quality at every stage, despite the complexity of the project.

Key architectural and engineering solutions included:

• a U-shaped staircase with heated steps;
• a SPA block with a 19-meter pool, integrated climate control, and air dehumidification systems;
• an elevator hall connecting all levels of the residence.

Dubai Villa Interior

The interior of the Dubai villa is a space defined by bespoke installations, bold color compositions, and rare natural materials. The project is expressive, yet deeply character-driven. The open-plan layout allowed us to create a sophisticated zoning system, where spaces flow seamlessly into one another, forming a cohesive and dynamic living environment.

Special attention is given to the master bathrooms. In Studia 54 projects, bathrooms go far beyond basic functionality, evolving into full-fledged spa & wellness spaces. The layouts feature freestanding bathtubs, tropical showers with intuitive controls, as well as chromotherapy, audio, and hydrotherapy systems — all designed to create an atmosphere of deep comfort and relaxation.

In this bathroom, we used marble with a unique natural pattern. It is a living material, where no two surfaces are ever the same.
