The design of a family residence in the aesthetics of quiet luxury in Millennium Park

Over the years of working together, we have built a trusting dialogue with our customers and deeply studied the lifestyle of the family. The owners enjoy relaxing evenings at home, reading, music, meetings with loved ones and a chamber atmosphere. Therefore, the interior is based on soft expressiveness: noble materials, thoughtful lighting, premium furniture and original details, which are revealed gradually.

Formal living-dining room

The main space of the house combines grandeur and a sense of peace. In the large living-dining room with an area of almost 90 m², it was important to maintain scale, fill the interior with details and avoid congestion. The composition is built around several points of attraction: a sofa group, a fireplace, a dining area and a decorative wall with a TV.

The Minotti sofa group occupies the center of the living room. Its form is designed for live communication: it is convenient to spend evenings with family by the fireplace and keep in touch with the view outside the windows. The furniture sets a scenario for quiet meetings in the room and becomes the basis of the entire recreation area.

Above the sofa group is a custom-made Lasvit chandelier. Glass, metal and soft light scattering create an artistic accent without excessive drama. In the evening, the chandelier creates an atmosphere, during the day it is perceived as a light sculptural object in the volume of the living room.

The fireplace is designed to be two-sided: one side faces the sofa group, the other to the seating area. The natural marble granite portal supports the concept of quiet luxury, while the black metal construction inside adds graphics and depth. The fire becomes the main focus of the evening scenario, and the fireplace itself delicately zones the space during the day and connects different parts of the living room.

A multi-level TV composition is located opposite the sofa. In the lower part there is a custom cabinet made of porcelain stoneware with built-in storage. She gathers the TV area into a single composition and visually echoes the fireplace. The central level is made of a rare wood veneer. The top layer is occupied by a leather panel with metal inserts that gently reflect light.

The Cattelan Italia dining group is located by the window. A table with a sculptural metal base and a light marble top creates a formal but restrained center of the dining area. Chairs in different finishes are arranged around it: leather highlights the owners' seats, matting adds a softer texture to the guest scenario.

A floor-to-ceiling metal screen separates the dining room from the hall area. It preserves the visual connection between the spaces and at the same time creates a delicate privacy, exactly the atmosphere of tranquility and privacy that the customer requested.

Kitchen

The kitchen is designed as an open space visible from the dining room. Therefore, the purity of the composition, the quality of the materials and the connection with the overall aesthetics of the house are especially important here. The kitchen supports the daily scenario of the family and looks like a part of the whole interior.

The countertop is made of porcelain stoneware, the shade of which is associated with the main palette of the house. The work area is complemented by a metal panel with an embossed effect: it protects the wall and at the same time adds a lively play of light to the space.

The storage is made of rare wood veneer. Over time, this finish becomes deeper in tone and acquires a more noble character. Leather handles and chairs by the island add tactility, warm texture and a sense of hand-crafted detailing.

Master bedroom

The 36 m² master bedroom is designed as a space for sleeping, recuperating and a peaceful start to the day. The Rugiano bed is located in the center of the room. Behind the headboard there is a three-dimensional panel made of American walnut veneer and leather, which gathers the sleeping area and sets an expressive background to the room.

Bedside tables are integrated into the overall composition of the panel. Eichholtz lamps with soft shades create a comfortable light for reading and relaxing in the evening. There are Eichholtz and FiftyFourms armchairs in the corner of the bedroom. This is a small area for morning coffee, reading or a quiet break during the day.

The Eichholtz chandelier above the bed is made in a bronze shade. Its light is directed downward and gently falls on the sleeping area, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere.

Master wardrobe

The 15 m² wardrobe is designed as an independent space. In the center there is an island made of poplar root veneer, on the sides there are built-in cabinets in the same finish. The composition resembles a small private gallery where clothes, shoes and accessories become part of a daily ritual.

For the owners, it is especially important that the morning selection of clothes takes place calmly and beautifully, so the wardrobe gets its own atmosphere, and not just the storage function.

Bathrooms

The house has four bathrooms, and each one has a separate character.

The master bedroom's main bathroom is built on a combination of veneer, porcelain stoneware and brass fittings. Brass will eventually acquire a patina, adding to the interior a sense of living material and a long history of the house.

The guest bathroom is complemented by custom mirrors with leather pendants and metal brackets. Such details create a memorable accent in a small space and support the overall theme of leather, metal and hand detailing.

The other guest bathroom has a spray-painted mirror, an MDF cabinet with milling and brass shelves. The comfort of the guests is especially important here: each element is designed so that the space remains comfortable and expressive.

All bathrooms have concealed storage, brass fittings and porcelain stoneware, selected taking into account the light, shadows and general character of the house.

Guest bedrooms

The guest bedrooms have received different materials and characters, preserving the overall calm palette of the house.

In the first guest bedroom on the second floor, one of the walls is decorated with a velour panel. The material adds softness, depth and a feeling of warmth to the room. Herringbone parquet is laid on the floor, which supports the classical basis of the interior and adds a lively natural wood sound to the space.

In the second guest bedroom, there is a boucle banquette at the foot of the bed. It adds tactility to the room and makes the guest arrival scenario more convenient: you can put a bag, things on it or use it as an additional place to sit.

Children's playground

The playroom is 35 m² and is located on the ground floor: it is designed for creativity of children of different ages. In the center is the FiftyFourms table, designed with joint activities, drawing, games and communication in mind.

Ligne Roset chairs add comfort and expressive form to the space. The walls are left in a calm, neutral palette, so that toys, drawings and children's work become the main content of the room. Good light supports classes and makes the game comfortable during the day.

Family living room

The family living room reaches 40 m² and is responsible for another home scenario: evenings in a small circle, conversations, movies and relaxing holidays. There are two shades of leather used in the decoration, a lighter and a darker one.

The entrance group

The entrance group sets the first impression of the house. The decorative porcelain stoneware portal becomes a threshold element. It took a long time to select the pattern and texture for him to get the right depth and connection with the overall palette.

The Porada console is located next to the portal. This is the first item that a guest sees upon entering, so it must be expressive and functional at the same time. A vase, a book, keys, or seasonal decor may appear on the console, setting the mood for the house from the first seconds.

Office

The 30 m² office was created as a space for concentrated work. The enclosed storage on the sides is made of MDF and visually expands the room. The decorative veneer panel etched with salt adds a complex texture and beautifully catches the light during the day.

Here, the working scenario is embedded in the aesthetic context of the house. The office remains functional, collected and calm.
