STEP INSIDE THE RESIDENCE
The luxurious Golden Hour residence is a comprehensive project in the unique Studia 54 style, designed for relaxation, warm gatherings, and the creation of cherished memories. Previously, we developed the architecture for this client’s dream home, covering 800 m². The “inner courtyard” concept is reflected not only in the architectural composition but also in circulation routes and the interior layout logic.
Our goal was to create an interior that adapts to the family’s various lifestyle scenarios while maintaining an atmosphere of refinement. From the moment the client shared their wishes, we immediately felt the essence this home should embody. The result is a delicate balance — a space that is both functional and harmonious.
We aimed to craft a residence where sophisticated luxury naturally merges with everyday comfort. A warm palette, expressive textures of metal, natural leather, and stone, soft lighting scenarios, and thoughtfully placed accents create a sense of harmony. The space is designed so that each family member can find privacy, recharge, and then gather together once again.
Ground Floor: Privacy and Personal Space
The journey through the house begins at the lobby and stair hall. Here, guests are immediately immersed in an atmosphere of quiet luxury: a bronze glass table, handcrafted wood carvings, and collectible marble and malachite vases create the first impression of the residence.
From the lobby, the path leads to the stair hall — the functional hub of the ground floor. It is adorned with the signature installation Pearls of the Desert. A guest lounge area is also arranged here, maintaining a balance between formal and private spaces while ensuring logical and comfortable circulation.
The ground-floor lounge is designed for intimate gatherings. A modular Bacon sofa by Meridiani with clean, sculptural lines, Minotti coffee tables, De Castelli decorative panels with bespoke finishes, and a wall composition in natural wood with a radial pattern create a layered, tactile interior.
The Lulu armchair, with its expressive form and elegant metal armrest, complements the ensemble, adding softness and coziness.
By the client’s request, all private blocks, including the master bedroom and guest rooms, are located on the ground floor. Each room tells its own story. In one bedroom, the focal points are a chandelier designed according to Studia 54 sketches and an exquisite brass wall panel.
Thoughtful zoning, private access to the inner courtyard, decorative panels, beds from world-renowned brands, and custom lighting installations create a sense of secluded comfort.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed by Giorgio Collection, upholstered in natural leather. Above the headboard is a custom panel made of velvet, leather, and metal elements inspired by snake scales, reflecting the exotic regional influence.
Special attention was given to lighting scenarios: wall sconces, intelligent accent lighting, and chandeliers by Eichholtz, Lasvit, and Minotti create multi-level illumination that changes depending on the mood and time of day.
Second Floor: Formal Spaces and Gatherings
Ascending the staircase through the hall-gallery, guests arrive at the fireplace lounge, the social heart of the residence. A terracotta-toned armchair set by Giorgio Collection, a modular Minotti sofa, a piano, and a fireplace adorned with golden heat-resistant glass mosaic create an atmosphere of ceremony and status.
The dining area becomes the focal point during gatherings. An Italian Eforma ceramic table seats 12 guests.
A porcelain stoneware wall panel by Giles Miller Studio adds depth and texture, while a chandelier designed by Studia 54 becomes a striking accent, turning every dinner into an aesthetic ritual.
The kitchen, integrated with the dining area, is sleek and functional. The bar area is clad in natural marble, and appliances are concealed, preserving clean lines and a sense of order.

The study features a decorative wall composition with a radial veneer pattern of precious woods, complemented by a chandelier from Eichholtz, maintaining the overall stylistic coherence of the residence.
Home Theater for Intimate Gatherings
A special client request was a home theater for cozy family evenings. Also located on the second floor, it is equipped with soft seating for maximum comfort, providing a space for private relaxation with loved ones.
In the Golden Hour 800 m² residence in Nigeria, we preserved a balance between privacy and formality, between expressive luxury and everyday convenience. Every client request was meticulously considered — from layout logic to the atmosphere of each room. In this dream home, time truly slows down, filling each day with light, harmony, and a sense of quiet happiness.
