We are pleased to present a new comprehensive residential project in Spain.
The client initially approached us for architectural design only — a project you can already explore in our portfolio. Satisfied with the result, he chose to continue the collaboration and entrusted Studia 54 with the interior design as well.
This 2000 m² residence is intended as a holiday home rather than a permanent residence. The owner plans to stay here with his family during vacations, while also considering a future resale. For this reason, he made a conscious decision to invest in a premium interior design. This approach not only reflects the owner’s status, but also significantly increases the property’s liquidity, transforming the house into a strong investment asset.
Living room
The living space captivates with its interplay of light and air. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows flood the interior with sunlight, creating a sense of openness and weightlessness.
The client’s request to introduce brilliance and dynamism, inspired by selected references, is expressed through an abundance of glass and reflective surfaces. This dialogue continues in the central feature of the space — a Sans Souci lighting installation. The large-scale chandelier, crafted from textured glass and inspired by ever-changing natural landscapes, unites movement and light, becoming a living focal point of the interior.
Even the TV area is conceived as part of an art composition. The screen is set within a textile niche framed by delicate contour lighting, while flanking panels with refined veneer inlays draw attention through their tactile texture and craftsmanship.

The clients wished to dedicate the ground floor entirely to receiving guests, so our goal was to create a space that seamlessly balances luxury with a sense of warmth and comfort.
To ensure a relaxed and welcoming setting, we selected a modular sofa upholstered in textured fabric from the premium furniture brand FiftyFourms. It is complemented by coffee tables from Minotti, completing the lounge area with understated elegance.

Bar area
The living room features a bar zone that has been conceived as a true work of art.
The focal point is a monolithic bar island clad in porcelain stoneware and accented with inserts of natural leather. Its soft, sculptural forms gently offset the strict geometry of the space. On the storage side, the façade is also finished in stone, creating the impression of a single, solid volume. A subtle change in countertop height conceals the sink and work surface, preserving clean, uninterrupted lines.
Beverages are displayed in a tall glass shelving unit with an elegant gradient — a design technique that visually lightens its presence despite its scale.
A sense of movement is introduced through a Jiles Miller wall installation: metal cubes of varying depth, strung on cables, form a dynamic pattern that changes with the viewer’s perspective.
The composition is completed by a Giopato & Coombes lighting fixture, whose pearl-like reflections animate the surrounding surfaces and add a refined final touch to the interior.

Dining room for special occasions
The spacious dining room, designed to seat ten guests, is created for memorable moments — elegant dinner parties and intimate family evenings alike.
At the heart of the space stands a monolithic Minotti dining table carved from a single slab of marble, expressing both status and hospitality. Its cool, sculptural presence is balanced by refined Poltrona Frau leather chairs, offering comfort throughout long evenings at the table.
As a statement accent, we selected a Manooi chandelier. Its fluid form, reminiscent of a frozen wave, creates a striking sculptural composition above the table while providing soft, layered lighting — ideal for a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Hall
The hall continues the dialogue with natural motifs. Here, the wall is adorned with petals handcrafted from metal and finished in satin gold, creating a subtle yet expressive visual effect.
The installation is complemented by premium furniture pieces: a Baxter armchair and a Trio table, completing the space with quiet elegance and sculptural presence.

Terrace
The terrace becomes an open-air extension of the living room. It’s easy to imagine an ideal day unfolding here: preparing meals in the built-in kitchen and barbecue area, a lively lunch around a large dining table, and a seamless transition to relaxation within a soft outdoor lounge setting.
For each of these zones, we selected stylish yet highly practical furniture, designed to withstand all weather conditions while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

Master bedroom
The third floor was deliberately chosen for the private sleeping quarters, allowing the owners’ personal space to remain separate from the home’s social areas.
The focal point of the bedroom is a Vittoria Frigerio bed, complemented by the understated Toshi bedside table. Soft, diffused lighting and the sculptural forms of cast-glass pendant lights create a calming play of light and shadow, completing the serene and harmonious atmosphere of this intimate retreat.

Master dressing room
From the bedroom, one enters a spacious dressing room divided into his-and-hers zones. The core principle of its layout is openness.

Garments are displayed on open shelving and hanging rails, creating a clear and elegant visual order. The room’s focal point is a bespoke jewelry island — a custom-designed element created to store and showcase the most valuable pieces.

Master bathroom
In the master bathroom, we deliberately moved away from the project’s overall light palette, introducing a deep navy tone.
An accent wall clad in dark-hued porcelain stoneware sets the mood for the entire space. For everyday comfort, we designed a double-vanity layout with individual mirrors, simplifying the couple’s morning routines.
Between the mirrors, a ceramic composition adds tactile depth to the wall. Decorative Benjamin Moore wall lights complete the space: their soft glow reflects in the mirrors and highlights textures, gently softening the richness of the blue and creating ideal lighting for a calm, unhurried start to the day.

The bathroom offers a picturesque view of the Spanish landscape. To preserve privacy, we introduced a decorative screen.
Its structure is composed of aluminum tubes clad in ash veneer, with vertical and horizontal elements joined by metal connectors finished in matte brass.

Guest bathrooms
While each space has its own distinct character, all guest bathrooms are united by a shared philosophy — an atmosphere of warm hospitality. This balance between individuality and cohesion is achieved through meticulous attention to detail, where every decision supports both aesthetics and functionality.

One of the guest bathrooms continues the idea that creating a space is akin to creating a work of art. Here, the key elements are a Bocci porcelain light installation paired with a unique sculptural piece by Ben Medansky. The artist works intuitively — smoothing, scraping, and folding the material by hand — and each object often carries a deeper, almost sacred meaning.

Sauna
Extending the concept of the private third floor, we designed the sauna as an intimate retreat reserved exclusively for the homeowners. Thermo-aspen was chosen as the primary material for its resistance to humidity and temperature fluctuations, as well as for the warm, enveloping atmosphere it creates.
An electric heater allows precise control of the temperature, making it easy to set the ideal conditions for relaxation and recovery.

Investing in comprehensive design is a strategy that pays off both in moments of leisure and in long-term asset liquidity. This 2,000 m² residence in Spain has become a true place of strength for the family and a point of attraction for guests.
