The clients of this project are a married couple leading an active business lifestyle and spending a significant amount of time traveling internationally. For them, it was essential to create a home in Kazakhstan that would serve as a place of restoration and privacy, while still allowing them to host guests at a high level.
From the very beginning, the team at Studia 54 ® was tasked with creating a timeless interior, with an emphasis on understated luxury, tactile material quality, and visual clarity. The space is built on strict geometry and symmetry, which create a sense of stability and cohesion. At the same time, the interior does not feel cold thanks to a complex palette of warm tones and a deep exploration of textures.

Within the scope of the project, the Studia 54 ® team successfully implemented all objectives. Every decision was adapted to the clients’ lifestyle, resulting in an interior that is not only aesthetically cohesive but also comfortable in everyday use.
Materials and Atmosphere
The interior of the private Aurevia residence in Kazakhstan, with a total area of 500 m², is inspired by the Latin words aurum and via — “gold” and “path” — as a metaphor for a refined and valuable space. The project is based on precise work with proportions, symmetry, and materials, where a sense of order becomes the foundation of perception. All decisions follow a unified logic, forming a cohesive and composed image of the home.
Key requirements included visual order, a neutral and calm color palette, the exclusive use of premium natural materials, and well-thought-out functionality of each space. Special emphasis was placed on creating a sense of comfort without excessive decoration.
Natural materials are used throughout the project, shaping a rich and layered perception of space. Veneer, solid wood, stone, leather, suede, and velvet create a tactile environment.
Special attention was given to durability and practicality. All materials were selected for high wear resistance and ease of maintenance, which is particularly important for a residence of this scale.
Lighting is designed as a multi-layered system that allows the perception of the interior to change depending on the time of day and scenario. Light highlights geometry, reveals textures, and creates the desired atmosphere.

Living Room
The living room is the key space on the ground floor and the main area for receiving guests.
The composition is centered around a Minotti sofa group and a fireplace area. The interior reveals itself differently throughout the day. Natural light emphasizes materials and volume, while in the evening the focus shifts to decorative lighting, including the Gizele chandelier by Patrizia Garganti.

A bio-fireplace delicately separates the living room and the kitchen-dining area, maintaining visual integrity.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen and dining area are combined into a single space with clear functional zoning.
The dining area is organized around the Menhir table by Bontempi, designed to seat eight people. The layout is oriented toward intimate dinners and communication in a close circle.

A bar counter with a marble countertop accommodates everyday scenarios such as breakfasts and quick meals. The kitchen is executed using natural stone and wood, combining aesthetics and practicality.

Master Area
The master block is a private space fully focused on the owners’ comfort.
Master Bedroom
The bedroom is designed in a calm neutral palette with bright terracotta textile accents, in accordance with the clients’ wishes.
The interior is built on soft textures and carefully balanced proportions. The use of a king-size bed by Bonaldo, Rete bedside tables, and Echoiltz lighting creates an atmosphere comparable to premium hotels.

Walk-in Closet
The walk-in closet is integrated into the overall space and designed as a highly functional storage system. Materials and finishes continue the overall interior concept.

Master Bathroom
The master bathroom emphasizes comfort and a sense of seclusion. Natural stone, a warm palette, and soft lighting create the atmosphere of a private spa.

Home Office
The office is designed as a private and status-driven space for work and concentration. The interior is built on a deep, rich palette dominated by warm wood tones, creating a sense of coziness.
The compositional centerpiece is a desk by FiftyFourms with soft sculptural geometry, complemented by a cognac-colored leather chair. Behind it is an accent wall panel with a pronounced textured relief based on custom sketches, setting the rhythm of the entire space and enhancing depth perception.
A key visual highlight is a pendant chandelier by Ilfari, designed as a cascade of glass elements, adding lightness and refined decoration to the interior. Task lighting and additional lighting scenarios are arranged to ensure comfortable work at any time of day.
Only natural materials are used in the finishes: wood, leather, and textiles, reinforcing the overall concept and enhancing the tactile experience.

Entrance Area and Stair Hall
The entrance area sets the tone for the entire space. The interior welcomes with restrained expressiveness and a clear composition.
A marble staircase becomes the central focal point, around which the perception of the hall is built. Art objects and carefully designed lighting enhance the effect and create a memorable impression.

Guest Bedrooms
The residence includes several guest bedrooms.
Each space follows the overall stylistic direction while maintaining individuality through nuances in finishes and textiles. The main focus is on versatility, comfort, and visual lightness.

Guest Bathrooms
Guest bathrooms are designed in a richer and more expressive palette.
Chocolate tones combined with gold accents and decorative panels create an atmosphere of privacy. Lighting enhances the depth of materials and establishes an intimate mood.

All bathrooms are united by the overall logic of the project. The use of natural materials, decorative panels, and thoughtful lighting creates a cohesive perception, while each zone retains its own atmosphere.

The interior of the 500 m² Aurevia residence reflects Studia 54 ®’s approach to creating premium spaces in their signature style. The project demonstrates precise work with the clients’ brief, attention to detail, and the ability to create a harmonious living environment. The space appears cohesive and prestigious, while remaining practical and comfortable for everyday life.
