We are pleased to present a large-scale and luxurious project — a 2,300 sq.m (24 757 sq.ft) family residence. The estate includes the main house, a chalet with a stage and banquet hall, a leisure house with a gym, a private cinema, and a separate residence for staff. A dedicated Studia 54 team of 50 specialists worked on this project.
The client approached us with a clear request: to create a residence that would have absolutely everything. A father of three, he wanted to give his children an unforgettable childhood. Moreover, he wished to make life a little easier for his wife by reducing the number of trips to the city. Our task was to design a full autonomous infrastructure with functional spaces and a well-planned layout. Since the client also enjoys hosting, we ensured that the residence supported separate lifestyle scenarios for entertaining guests.
Today, we are ready to share the result: a family residence in the signature Studia 54 style, featuring sophisticated compositional solutions, a thoughtfully designed layout, and numerous art objects created for this project.
Hall
Guests of the residence are greeted by a lighting installation by designer Sean Lavin. His “collar” piece embodies luxury and refinement, crafted from solid Czech-cut crystals. The client’s wife loves pearls, and this art object became a meaningful gift for her.
A geometrically complex staircase of an unusual form leads to the second floor, where sharp angles flow seamlessly into soft, curved lines. Beside it, we placed mineral stones that function as sculptural accents.

Master bedroom
The principal bedroom stands apart from the rest of the residence. Its concept is built around ethnic motifs that hold special meaning for the client. He wanted the space to transport him into another world — and we brought this idea to life in the signature Studia 54 style.
The room features sophisticated compositional solutions, layered patterns, a deep color palette, and bespoke elements created exclusively for this project. The bed was designed specifically for the client and produced at our own manufacturing facility in Saint Petersburg.
Other furnishings come from leading premium brands, including Minotti, Draenert, Eichholtz, Laskasas, Poltrona Frau, and Santa & Cole.

Master wardrobe
The owner’s wardrobe embodies the aesthetics of a private haute couture boutique. This space reflects his impeccable taste. The layout is built around open-display principles, transforming his collection of suits and accessories into a curated exhibition.
At the client’s request, we abandoned traditional poufs and tables in favor of pure functionality. The central feature is a gallery-style system with rotating racks and multi-level hanging rods for different types of clothing. For accessories, we designed dedicated holders and magnetic display panels.

Lady’s wardrobe
For the lady of the residence, we created a capsule-style wardrobe — a specially organized area presenting complete, ready-to-wear looks. Bags are arranged on the upper level, curated outfits hang at eye level, and matching shoes are placed below. This system allows for an instant overview of each ensemble and makes daily preparation easier for a mother of three.

Home office
For the head of the household, we designed a private study where he can handle urgent matters while staying close to his family. He wanted the space to feel bold and uncompromising, without unnecessary elements. So we chose a palette of greys, blacks, and deep browns.
One of the client's hobbies is reading, so we placed a comfortable lounge chair with a footrest in the corner. It is a quiet retreat for reviewing documents, reading magazines or books, or simply taking a moment to rest.

Guest bedroom
In this bedroom, guests drift into a Japanese-inspired atmosphere before falling asleep. At the client’s request, we translated Eastern motifs into the design: a textile wall panel with hand-painted details, custom decorative screens, and a recessed ceiling feature that adds a distinctive sense of charm.

At the center of the composition stands a bed by Duomo Design, complemented by Magnussen nightstands and luxurious lighting fixtures from our favorite brand, Patrizia Garganti.

Guest wardrobe
The guest wardrobe follows an open-storage concept. The space is arranged so guests can comfortably organize their belongings — bags, suitcases, and shoes.
A jewelry island was originally included in the layout, but at the client’s request, we reworked the plan. By removing this element, we expanded the shoe storage area, adding additional shelving and rotating systems.

Guest bathrooms
Each bathroom in the residence carries its own distinct atmosphere. On the second floor, for example, we created a space infused with hospitality and subtle ethnic motifs, where every detail contributes to the narrative.
The walls are finished in travertine, while the washbasin is crafted from acrylic stone with fine inclusions. A full-height mirror visually expands the room.

We enjoy combining contrasting materials, textures, and natural stone, turning functional spaces into works of art.
In the guest bathroom on the left, we introduced an art object composed of clay stones, adding a sense of movement to the space. On the right, the washbasin is integrated directly into the wall, crafted from Onyx Chanel for a refined, sculptural look.

Children’s bedrooms
For a client raising two daughters and a son, we created interiors where every detail reflects the world of childhood imagination. The soft blend of pink and blue mirrors each child’s dreams.
The rooms are filled with tactile sensations: plush carpets, upholstered furniture, and airy textiles. All surfaces are pleasant to the touch, with safe, rounded contours.
The central element is a unique bunny-shaped bed designed by our team and produced at the Studia 54 manufacturing facility. This piece exists in a single edition and has become a cherished dream for both the children and their parents.
Completing the fairytale ambience are cloud-shaped pendant lights by Loft-Concept, floating under the ceiling and casting a gentle, diffused glow that fills the room with comfort and the carefree spirit of childhood.

The space designed for the family's growing daughter is filled with light and warmth. Panoramic windows create a sense of sunlight even on overcast days, while the delicate palette adds softness and airiness to the interior.
Handcrafted butterflies by Sagarti appear to flutter through the room. Their shimmering wings frozen in mid-flight create a sense of enchantment. Soft daisies integrated into the décor enhance this poetic atmosphere, symbolizing purity and freshness, beautifully underlining the room’s romantic character.
Every element tells the story of a young girl growing up — graceful, dreamy, and surrounded by beauty from her earliest years.

Children’s bathrooms
The children’s bathrooms continue the stylistic narrative of the bedrooms, preserving their character and color palette. We created a true pink-toned haven.
The finishes are dominated by natural marble with warm veining, contrasted by a soft pink wall clad in veneered MDF panels. This combination adds depth and tactile richness while ensuring durability and practicality.
The eye is drawn to the mirrors of unconventional shapes. Their fluid lines and intricate geometry introduce a sculptural quality, completing the impression of a thoughtfully crafted interior.

Children’s walk-in closets
Separate walk-in closets were designed for the youngest residents of the home, encouraging an early appreciation for order and personal space. Every item has its place, and open storage systems transform choosing outfits into an enjoyable daily ritual.

Playroom
The multifunctional playroom becomes a center for creativity and development. The space is organized to provide comfortable conditions for regular sessions with invited tutors and a speech therapist.

The room transforms easily from a learning environment into a magical play zone. The second half is dedicated to rest and entertainment, featuring cozy soft armchairs and fruit-shaped poufs. An integrated TV system allows children to immerse themselves in their favorite cartoons and unwind after lessons.

In-house beauty room — the wife’s dream come true
In the fast-paced life of a mother of three, every minute counts. A private beauty room offers something invaluable: time and energy. This is a secluded, comfortable space where the lady of the house can restore balance and enjoy self-care without leaving home.
The reclining treatment chair is suitable for a wide range of beauty procedures — from manicures and pedicures to skincare treatments and lash services.
Yet the true value of this room lies in its atmosphere. It becomes a cherished place for conversations with friends and, in the future, a warm, shared space for bonding with her daughters.

Massage room
A dedicated massage room features two professional tables, allowing treatments to be performed simultaneously for the couple, family members, or guests. This space offers an opportunity for deep physical and emotional relaxation.

This 2,300 m² residence has become both luxurious and deeply comforting — a home where the dreams of adults and children were brought to life. For this project, the team fully embraced creative freedom to craft an interior that inspires and delights its residents every day.
