The clients of this project defined their vision through a feeling: the space had to become the complete opposite of the city’s fast pace. The family envisioned a home where energy is restored, rhythm is balanced, and a sense of inner calm emerges. At the same time, the interior was not meant to be neutral or “quiet” — it required depth, expressiveness, and character, yet without visual overload.
This vision shaped the concept of Serevia — a space that protects from urban noise and chaos. The 470 m² residence is designed as a layered environment that reveals itself gradually and transforms throughout the day. In the morning, the interior feels soft and restrained; by evening, it gains richness, depth, and a more intimate atmosphere.

The Studia 54 ® team approached the project as a thoughtful dialogue with the clients, carefully exploring their aesthetic preferences and daily routines. Every request was meticulously interpreted and translated into spatial solutions — from planning and circulation to materials, lighting, and furniture. The result is a cohesive, well-balanced interior that precisely reflects the lifestyle of its owners.
Design Concept
At the core of the interior is Espresso veneer, which acts as a visual anchor. It ranges from strict compositions to fluid decorative panels, creating a sense of depth and cohesion. The color palette combines deep shades of violet, blue, and terracotta with a base of complex beiges and greys, maintaining a balance between expressiveness and visual lightness.
Special attention is given to tactile experience. Leather, metal, textiles, and stone interact within the space, forming diverse sensory scenarios. Lighting is fully integrated into the concept and becomes a spatial tool — it defines zones, highlights compositions, and transforms the atmosphere without physical changes.

Kitchen–Living Area
The central space unites the kitchen, dining area, and living room into a single volume. A quartz kitchen island with a distinctive pattern becomes the compositional focal point, around which the entire spatial logic is built. The dining group by Giorgio Collection establishes a premium level of comfort, while the Minotti sofa area creates a relaxed setting for communication. Lighting by Preciosa and Henge adds depth and dynamism through layered lighting scenarios.

Master Suite
The private block is designed as an independent living scenario focused on privacy and retreat. The bedroom composition is built on balance and symmetry: a bed and nightstands by Frato create a calm foundation, while a Longhi vanity introduces a refined accent. Formitalia lighting resonates with the backlit veneer panels, forming a soft, enveloping atmosphere.

Walk-in Wardrobe
The wardrobe is designed based on real-life usage scenarios. Storage logic, circulation, and accessibility are carefully considered down to the smallest detail. Integrated lighting enhances both functionality and the overall aesthetic, making the space intuitive to use.

Bathrooms
In the bathrooms, the focus is on the combination of stone, metal, and warm lighting. Thoughtful composition and the use of mirrors visually expand the space and create a cohesive environment.

Terrace
The terrace acts as an extension of the living space, introducing an additional layer of lifestyle scenarios. A Minotti lounge group creates a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the city, while maintaining the overall character of the interior.

In this 470 m² residence in Tbilisi, the layout is fully shaped by the owners’ lifestyle. The interior adapts seamlessly to different scenarios while preserving its integrity and emotional depth. This approach reflects the philosophy of Studia 54 ® — creating bespoke environments where every detail is part of a unified system designed for long-term comfort.
