Functional living room

The centerpiece of the living room is an emerald corner sofa by the Italian brand Minotti, complemented by a pair of elegant coffee tables with an antique brass finish from Eichholtz Amsterdam. A striking compositional accent is the chandelier with crystal butterflies, designed by our team specifically for this project. It creates an effect of delicate levitation above the seating area.

Special attention was paid to the details: opposite the sofa, a TV zone features a screen recessed into a backlit niche. Nearby, decorative shelves were included — the client is passionate about music and can display his well-deserved awards here. For the dog, we proposed a mobile bed that can be easily moved around the room.

The living room is organized as a multifunctional space and is divided into three key zones: a dining area, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a lounge area. Behind the sofa sits an elegant dining table that seats six, offering guests a panoramic view of the city center.

We retained the client's existing flooring, dark porcelain tiles with gold veins that harmoniously integrated into the chosen color scheme.

Kitchen

The kitchen is executed in the trendy color of the year — mocha mousse. This refined shade, balancing between chocolate and caramel, creates a warm atmosphere and lends the interior a distinctive elegance.

The breakfast bar with rounded edges gently complements the enveloping concept of the space. It can comfortably seat up to three people for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Above the island floats a glass pendant with soft yellow light, echoing the brass fronts of the kitchen cabinets. This detail adds a luminous accent and ties the composition together.

Hall

The hall welcomes visitors with a stylized leather panel featuring a relief pattern that seamlessly transitions into noble wood veneer. This interplay of materials adds expressiveness and depth to the space.

Trendy brown shades are harmoniously complemented by bright accents — terracotta Minotti armchairs with an elegant brass footrest. This element draws the eye and reinforces the overall stylistic concept of the interior.

Between the armchairs, we placed a delicate butterfly art object, connected to the light installation in the living room. This detail unites the spaces into a single visual narrative.

Master bedroom

In the master bedroom, our designers faced the challenge of addressing an asymmetry caused by the window positioned to the right of the bed. We devised a solution by creating an artificial niche with concealed curtains, which visually balanced the space and added harmony.

A calm gray was chosen as the primary palette, enriched with warm accents of gold and terracotta. Beside the bed from R&D Twils, we placed a bench from Bizzotto Italia, flanked by symmetrical nightstands with lamps from the Italian brand Cattelan Italia. The composition is completed by a chandelier from the same brand, which adds a sense of lightness and luxury to the interior.

Walk-in closet

Our client dreamed of creating a space that would truly impress his future wife. He carefully prepared for the moment when his beloved would first open the door to her walk-in closet. To bring this vision to life, we developed an exclusive and contrasting interior: for this project, an asymmetrically shaped mirror with a backlit brass frame and a coffee table were custom-crafted. The accent piece is a chandelier made from natural salt crystals by Australian designer Christopher Boots, which fills the room with a warm, shimmering glow.

The walk-in closet is organized with a combination of open and closed storage systems. Tinted fronts set within brass profiles evoke the feeling of a luxury boutique while ensuring convenient visibility for every item in the wardrobe. This is where his beloved will carefully select her outfits for their dates.

Master bathroom

Following the client's references, he wanted a dark ambiance in the bathroom with accent elements. We retained his existing plumbing and brought this desire to life by adding something he particularly loves — exquisite pendant lights.

Above the bathtub, a lighting installation with emerald crystals now hangs. During the day, they shimmer in the sunlight like precious gems in an antique jewelry box. In the evening, the same crystals, illuminated by hidden bulbs, resemble fireflies.

Guest bedroom

A bright and airy room welcomes guests with cozy elegance. The interior is based on soft, light tones, accentuated by striking textiles: a faux fur throw and graphic pillows.

The centerpiece is an alcove with a portal, upholstered in suede and framed by a brass profile with delicate milling. The decorative pattern recalls the free movement of a brushstroke — adding a subtle dynamism to the space.

The final touch is a designer chandelier made from natural stones, arranged in a flawless circular composition. It illuminates the room and creates a play of light and shadow, enhancing the atmosphere of hospitality.

Sauna

The sauna is designed to become the client’s favorite retreat, a place to spend time with friends, unwind after a long workweek, and enjoy true relaxation.

In creating its design, we carefully integrated the existing developer finish, enhancing it with the mesmerizing effect of a starry sky. This was made possible through the use of fiber-optic lighting.

Fiber-optic systems are completely fire-safe, which is critical for steam rooms. Resistant to humidity and extreme temperatures of up to +300°C, the fiber makes an ideal solution for saunas.

With this technology, it is possible to create unique lighting scenarios. We used special fittings to transform the ceiling into a starry sky, though the system can also recreate the effect of the northern lights or the gentle flicker of flames.
