Studia 54 has unveiled the design for the entrance areas of the "Priority" club house, created for the company group "Evrostroy" as part of an official collaboration. Located in the heart of St. Petersburg, the "Priority" club house is surrounded by iconic landmarks such as the Summer and Tauride Gardens, Mikhailovsky Castle, Peter and Paul Fortress, and the Hermitage. The building revives the lost ensemble of the Resurrection Embankment. Given its luxurious location, the club house's exterior and interior are far from modest. The project's main feature is an atmosphere of privacy and seclusion. A fireplace area, sofas and armchairs, and sculptures all contribute to a cozy ambiance, making it more than just a passageway.
The interior impresses with a striking color palette of dark blue, white, and gold shades. Ionic and Doric half-columns lend classical grandeur to the space, while marble inlays add elegance and sophistication. Gold patterns on the sofa backs, reminiscent of exotic tree silhouettes, provide a bright and memorable detail.
The "Priority" building boasts a restrained classical style on the outside. Inside, the influence of modern technology is evident, creating comfort and convenience for residents. Upon entering, residents and guests are greeted by a reception desk.
The unified entrance group is designed to high standards, with four elevators, each leading to a separate section of the house. "Priority" is a place for the chosen few, where one can not only enjoy life but also take pride in their home.
