To give a new life to an old house and design a whole world away from prying eyes - to prove the power of architecture and modern technologies in construction. The original building spot was taken as a basis, the foundation remained unchanged. In the finishing of the house we used light brown wood, graphite black natural slate and metal. Stained glass glazing emphasizes the bold proportions. The SPA wing is visually different from the main complex, and through the balance of proportions and textured materials we have opened up a completely new form of architecture. The planning scheme, at the discretion of the clients, was left virtually untouched. We turned to the traditional silhouette of our architecture and the modern trend for flowing lines, aiming for emotionality and energy efficiency. The rooms flow seamlessly into each other, also forming their own internal "interior landscape".
Initially the customer wanted to demolish an old family house, but in the process of preparing for the demolition his wife got acquainted with the works of our Studio and fell in love with the architectural style. The beauty of the site, the originality of the idea and the fairly good condition of the foundation played a role in the decision to cooperate. The plans changed and the house was restored. The style of the house can be defined as "family luxury" with a balance between practical convenience and aesthetics, simplicity and luxury. We used a play of contrasting textures and materials such as light heat-treated wood, soapstone, slate, metal and porcelain stoneware. The clients also asked us to design a smart home system that would control Face ID, landscape systems, lighting, ventilation, heating, spa area and more.
A large family needs a spacious house so that everyone has their own private space and a place to gather together. The project uses many elements of industrial style - black painted metal, wooden fluted facades, columns resembling rotating partitions, and rough concrete. At the same time, the house does not look brutal or uncomfortable thanks to its intricate geometry, warm shade of wood and well-maintained landscape. The house turned out to be modern, comfortable, and very welcoming, and is liked by both adults and children - an ideal place for country life for a large family.

An exclusive landscape design that harmoniously continues the architectural solutions, designed according to the climate and peculiarities of the site, is an ideal project for investment. A professional elite-class landscape design becomes an integral part of the architecture and significantly increases the value of your home. At the design stage it is necessary to take into account many nuances, such as the predisposition of soils to planting, the alternation of sun and shade, the influence of the climate of the area on the possibility of decorative water structures. A landscaped area expands the boundaries of your personal space, fills your life with inspiration, energy and comfort of a new level.
It is possible to build an energy-efficient house from almost any material, but it must be remembered that most of the heat escapes through the walls, roof and windows. To avoid this, the floor and walls are filled with appropriate insulation. In his role can be fiberglass, ecowool, foam glass and not only. The next most important component of an energy efficient home is window glazing. We always choose the best energy efficient manufacturers. One of the options is silver spraying, which is applied with the thinnest film and visually does not differ from the usual one. Because the customers emphasized using materials that are resistant to the aggressive effects of temperature fluctuations, so we considered many alternatives to maximize convenience and fast construction in this region.
Terraces in the house are not just a modern must have for a comfortable vacation in the country, but also a delightful piece of nature inside your home world, hidden from prying eyes and outside noise. The functionality of outdoor spaces directly depends on the side of the house on which they are located. In this project we have designed several terraces for different purposes. Good furniture made of wood, jute, sisal carpets, live plants, textiles and accessories complete the image.
The north-facing location is due to the possibilities of a large plot of land. This layout solved the problem of lighting - each outdoor area has perfect diffused light, comfortable for various outdoor activities. The terraces are an integral part of the architecture: the paved paths can be used to move from one wing of the house to another, and in summer, the inner garden can be used as a continuation of the front living-dining room with a second light.
