In this project, majlis becomes a key element — a traditional space for receiving guests, which has a lasting significance in regional culture. In the interior, it is interpreted through modern means of expression: a light composition, a rich color palette, large stone surfaces and accent decorative elements.
This solution preserves the cultural basis of the space, while adapting it to modern usage scenarios. As a result, the interior acquires a pronounced social function related to communication and status formation.
Commercial interior in the restaurant overlooking the Burj Khalifa
In Dubai, the boundary between residential and commercial spaces is gradually blurring. Restaurants, lounges and clubs are designed according to the same principles as private residences.
