Main areas for the 1000 m² house
Let's consider the main areas and spaces that are incorporated into the design of large mansions, using the example of a spacious three-story villa in Dubai:
Luxurious master suite:
The master suite is the heart of a premium country house, a space where owners can relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy absolute comfort. The master suite includes a spacious bedroom with soft lighting and elegant interior design. It also includes a dressing room for clothes and accessories and a bathroom where every detail works to create the feeling of a spa resort in your home.
The master suite area is usually between 100 and 150 m², which allows it to be complemented with functional and aesthetic solutions.
Guest rooms: bedroom, bathroom
Guest areas in a premium-class home are separate spaces that provide comfort and convenience for visitors. Such areas usually include a bedroom, a private bathroom, and sometimes a small lounge area for relaxation. The minimum size of this unit starts at 30-40 m². The number of such units in large residences varies from 1 to 3.

In addition, the technical unit includes additional rooms for control panels, water treatment systems, backup generators, or smart home modules. These areas are used to control and adjust all processes taking place in the house. The total area of such rooms can be up to 80 m², depending on the complexity of the engineering systems and the area of the house itself.
