Design project of an 800 m² apartment in a premium residential complex located along the Malaya Nevka River on Krestovsky Island. This is one of the most picturesque parts of the city, so having your own spacious terrace in such a location is an ideal layout.
Living room
A chic living room with panoramic windows, where the chandelier is the undoubted dominant feature. We made it according to our sketches. The sofa group is presented by Minotti brand, it is perfectly combined with a coffee table from Reflex.
TV-zone
The soft TV area is located next to the living room. Warm walnut wood panelling and emerald-coloured Mascalzone porcelain tiles make this room truly sophisticated. The sofa by Minotti allows you to sit back and relax in comfort.

Dining area
The dining area is separated from the living room by a glass partition. The dining table by Cattelan can seat 10 people. The kitchen features anodised aluminium fronts and an extractor hood above the island, hidden in a glass box.

Workroom
Despite the dark shades in the interior of this room, it turned out to be a great place to work. Nothing here distracts you from important tasks. The table made of solid wood from Minotti is convenient to use. The soft area with the Alberta sofa and luxurious armchair will be a great place to relax.

Master Block
The bedroom with a bed by Alberta Vivien combined with noble wood wall panels and velour panels looks luxurious. The light installation fills the room with a pleasant glow.

Terrace
The spacious terrace features soft outdoor furniture by Minotti, interesting lighting and potted plants with a modern auto watering system that makes caring for them easy and convenient. Here it will be especially pleasant to have a cup of coffee and welcome the sunrise in a cosy armchair.
