We present a new chic project in Austria. Harmony with nature is the main focus of our work. The 700 m² house harmoniously fits into the surrounding landscape and became its logical addition.
We pay particular attention to the details, this project is no exception. Living in the house will give its owners a unique comfort, no less than the comfort of living in the city.
Harmony with nature in every detail
The impressive architectural facade of the house is made of porcelain stoneware and heat-treated wood. Porcelain stoneware imitates natural stone and has excellent technical characteristics. It makes it possible to create exquisite exterior of buildings that are practically free from wear and tear. With such a cladding, the house looks presentable and modern. The wood is warm and cosy. It combines all the nobility and aesthetics.
The terrace is a great place to relax
The peculiarity of this project is the lounge area, which is located in the center of the pond. It was organically integrated into the overall architecture of the site.
This is a great place to hang out with friends. Soft sofas and a cozy fireplace are all you need for a comfortable stay. And landscape lighting will allow you to have privacy here even in the dark. Harmony in every detail is what we always strive for in our work.
Unique lounge area in the middle of the pond
Well-zoned space is at the heart of our layouts. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a spectacular view of the pond. Second light increases the amount of natural light and visually expands the space. The dining area invites to enjoy a wonderful dinner with loved ones. In the kitchen, we have installed a functional island that increases the work surface. The guest room with its own bathroom is also located on the ground floor. On the second floor, we designed the master bedroom with access to the terrace and two children's bedrooms. Suburban life is often simply impossible without your own car. The optimal solution is a built-in garage, because you don't have to leave the house to get to the car.
Layout of the 1st floor
On the outdoor terrace, we have placed a barbecue and a large table where you can have a great time with friends. On the second terrace, there are sun loungers where you can take sunbaths. The pool indicates the owners' commitment to an active lifestyle. The swimming pool is open all year long, regardless of weather conditions. The pool has direct access to the pond. Each of our projects is individual and reflects the wishes and lifestyle of the customer. By implementing our unique stylistics, we give you an unattainable level of comfort and make your living in the house as comfortable and practical as possible.
