One of our most notable projects is a 1000 m² residence in Kenya. This impressive home redefines modern brutality with its stone finishes, clean lines, and distinctive character, all reflecting our studio's signature style.

Technical features and terrain

A significant challenge in this project was adapting to the local climate and terrain, including elevation changes, soil stability, and landscape characteristics. We conducted a thorough analysis of the geological and climatic conditions to ensure the building's durability. Using modern technologies and innovative materials, we built sturdy structures that made it possible to construct the residence on a slope.

Panoramic windows and glass panels in every room offer stunning views of the surrounding nature.

Central element – "The nest"

The unique suspended terrace, resembling a "nest", is a standout feature of the project. Located outdoors and accessed via a suspension bridge, the terrace is surrounded by wooden railings that mimic tree branches, creating a cozy and secure atmosphere. Perched above a hill, the "nest" blends seamlessly with the natural landscape.

It’s the perfect spot to relax, read, socialize, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. This exclusive terrace design, created specifically for this project, embodies comfort and harmony, enhancing the home's unique character.

Interior logistics

A key aspect of the project was ensuring convenient interior logistics, especially for individuals with mobility challenges. We carefully planned wheelchair-accessible routes, prioritizing comfort and ergonomic space design.
