Functional landscaping for plots of any complexity, detailed interior space planning, conceptual design, and working documentation worldwide ensure maximum building durability and operational comfort. We implement the most unconventional architectural techniques. In this project, aside from biofilic design elements on the facades and an expressive multi-layered roof with illumination, we have developed a multifunctional inner garden. Let us provide more details about this project.

The atmosphere just before sunset
The centerpiece of this complex is the luxurious inner house in front of the gallery, connecting the two wings of the residence. The open-air cinema is a simple yet beautifully organized solution that allows the whole family to spend more time together and enjoy a new level of comfort. Decorative water features, dining areas on the ground floor of the main section transitioning into open terraces, and walkways immersed in lush greenery create an uncompromisingly relaxed atmosphere.
We refer to this project as a reinterpretation of our dark architectural style in regions with a sharply continental climate through the lens of modern Arabic design. Our client's family dreamed of a spacious contemporary home with bold geometric facades, minimal smooth lines, expansive rooms and galleries, as well as huge chandeliers, glossy floors inside, and exclusively gray ceramic granite in facade finishing. The roof design draws special attention—thanks to flat-sloped roof technology, multi-layer sandwich construction, integrated lighting, and the use of dark wood lattice panels in the gallery spans, we achieved an exceptional, new architectural form.
The ultramodern residence, created with a focus on eco-friendly materials, comfort, and a diverse healthy lifestyle, is surrounded by carefully planned green areas. Take note of the biophilic design elements – ivy and other decorative hanging plants grow on the facades. Within the property, we've organized an open area for movie watching, a shaded garden, walking and jogging routes, spaces for relaxation and yoga, as well as a tennis court and a lounge area with a fireplace.

In designing our homes, we aim to create the perfect atmosphere, allowing our clients to dedicate time to family, health, and self-improvement in a new level of comfort. The building framework is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete to implement large cantilevers, expansive structures, elongated and corner windows, and the most unconventional architectural techniques. This also ensures maximum building durability and the highest level of operational comfort.
