The current layout of the apartment at the first acquaintance was more like a real maze. We needed to optimize the space and make it convenient and functional. The house of the old foundation has not only a beautiful external appearance, but also an internal one, as seen in the stucco molding and the old fireplace, which we left and organically entered into the new interior.
The dining area is presented by a luxurious Catellan Italia table for 10 people, which is crowned by two Brand van Egmond solemn chandeliers. To welcome guests in such area will be a real pleasure. Behind the dining table is the kitchen island, the tabletop of which is decorated with black marble, which we also used to design the kitchen apron, thereby creating the integrity of the space.
As you may have noticed, we do not leave empty zones and carefully think over the decor of the so-called "walk-through" areas. For example, this hall not only has a functional component: a large illuminated mirror and a spacious John-Richard cabinet, but also aesthetic: a statue of a virgin on a marble pedestal.
From the windows of the master bedroom project you can enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower. It will be especially pleasant to have a look on it in the evening, leaving soft peripheral lighting by Pieter Adam table lamps. Panoramic windows in the master bedroom provide plenty of natural light, suitable for creating makeup. Therefore, we proposed to put a concise dressing table in that room.

Talking about the office of this project, we can say that there is nothing superfluous in it. Strict and well balanced, it is decorated with an extravagant chandelier by Brand van Egmond, consisting of several hundred pendant elements made of crystal. Such an interior will allow you to spend your working day as productively as possible, making important decisions and thinking over plans for the future.
Two guest rooms in the future may become rooms for children, so they were created in a neutral style, with the possibility of adjustment to guests and future owner. For example, the refined decor in the form of feathers on the wall of one of the rooms looks organically in the interior and will be equally understandable and pleasant to people of different age. By adding a few toys to this room, the decor will sparkle with other colors, giving even more tenderness and comfort.
