The main finishing materials for this project include metal, concrete, Corian, and thermally treated wood.

In its development, we asked an important question: What should a house be like to reflect the art of living beautifully and modernly? The answer to this question lies in every tiny detail, in the exterior materials, in every square meter of the landscape. The extraordinary inner courtyard has become the heart of the architecture unfolding on the green plot, and the wings of the house surround it from all sides, connecting with each other like an arterial system. The interior of the house has become a unified story, and one space literally flows into another. Every project from Studia 54 is a dream come true for the most fantastic life.

In this project, the unique style of our Studio, allowing for unfolding, vibrant architecture, is in balanced unison with innovative engineering solutions. The concept of "unfolding" architecture is based on the harmony of external forms and the interior, their spatial interconnection with the landscape, and adaptation to the unique lifestyle of the owner. The architecture of this house lives, "moves," and over time, increasingly merges with the surrounding nature.

The main principle in working with volumetric-planning solutions was the first rule of Frank Lloyd Wright's organic architecture – to plan the functionality of the house in such a way that the whole is permeated with air and is freely visible, giving a sense of unity.

Due to the fact that the adjacent plots in this area of the Leningrad region are fully built up, and the fantastic view of pristine nature has not been preserved, it was necessary not to occupy the best part of the site, leaving it for skillful landscape compositions. Lighting, heating, and water supply systems become an integral part of the building itself, and equipment elements acquire architectural quality, as it reflects the ideals of neo-organic architecture. The use of high-tech and environmentally friendly materials allows harmoniously integrating the house into the natural landscape, increasing its value over time.

The entrance group is designed in such a way that it opens into the garden and provides access to the right part of the house, where the entrance hall, guest rooms, a mini-living room overlooking the glazed area of the miniature Japanese garden with a danza-bonsai in the Bunjin style, and hanging installations resembling a meteor shower are located.

Directly from the garden, the owners enter the main living room, dining area, offices, and the master suite. The left part of the mansion is a luxurious entertainment complex with a SPA zone, a large swimming pool, relaxation rooms, a cinema, and a bowling center. A private residence is an opportunity to fulfill the boldest dreams, spend more time on multiple terraces, engage in sports in a personal gym, and visit the SPA at any time.

The cantilevered spiral staircase made of glass and black ceramic granite is located in the eastern part of the complex.

In the eastern part of the complex, there is also a stunning cantilevered staircase made of black and white ceramic granite and glass. Thanks to transparent side railings and a fully glazed hall, an optical illusion is created – this place seems especially airy. The staircase is adorned with an unusual suspended installation, the light of which is reflected particularly brightly on the surface of the glass. Special attention should be paid to the brutal decor of the hall area – a large stone monolith was chosen as an accent detail, once again demonstrating the connection of the interior space with the external, architecture with nature, the real with the artificial, created by man.

The fireplace with a soft lounge area is one of the main highlights of the inner garden.

The panoramic glazing provides a unique sense of harmony with nature, seamlessly connecting the interior of the house with the surrounding landscape. It expands the space, giving the house an elegant appearance. In the garden, there is a small lounge area with a comfortable seating arrangement and a fireplace for pleasant outdoor activities during the warmer months. We have also designated a spacious area for outdoor workouts.
