Enterprising American hoteliers found a way to move into this segment of the market by starting to open aparthotels oriented to long stays: Residence Inn, followed by Summerfield Suites and Candlewood Suites. The first apartment hotel was opened in 1975, in the city of Wichita in the American state of Kansas.
This fall Studia 54 will present its commercial project - aport-hotel "Next". This is a new object of Eurostroy Group of Companies, which will be built in a prestigious and prosperous neighborhood of the historical part of Vasilievsky Island, within walking distance from two metro stations: Vasileostrovskaya and Primorskaya. In total, the business-class complex, consisting of three buildings, will house 432 apartments, ranging in size from 26 to 78 square meters. On the first floor of the complex there will be commercial premises and entrance groups with concierge service. Green areas with landscaping will be designed on the roof of the stylobate of the complex. The windows of the upper floors will offer a magical view of the Vasilievsky Island perspective.
We have envisaged two types of apartments regarding the color scheme. On the photo you can observe the room made in dark color scheme - noble brown color, natural wood, warm light. Simplicity of details and laconic style echoes the atmosphere of status and nobility.
The opposite room in terms of color is shown in the photo above. Cold shades and cold light prevail here - an atmosphere of freshness and coolness, purity. The contrast of dark glossy and light matte elements of the kitchen set adds sophistication and authenticity to the interior.
