Being inspired by the modern forms of the hybrid yachts, we used energy-saving glazing technologies and teak wood as the facade materials in order to minimise the ecological impact. Here, modern architecture is united with a beautiful natural landscape. The entrance is located on the opposite side of the sea. Completely transparent, impressive entrance unites two wings, the main and the guest one. The SPA area is located in the main wing.
Personal pier
Villa has organically become a part of nature
We created a personal pier and a deck from which you could enjoy a fantastic view of the ocean and welcome sunrises and sunsets. Technically innovative and dynamic, this house was created to impress with its rare architectural and interior design.
One of the interesting peculiarities this villa has is the attractive pool in a form of a chalice with transparent framing. This villa is surrounded by water, like a yacht on the open sea.
A cosy terrace zone with an open fireplace would definitely become a favourite zone for the whole family. Furthermore, a pleasant routine of spending warm cosy evenings here, meeting sunsets, listening to the crackling sound of the fire, or sunbathing under the scorching sun would be set up.
