Our signature style has taken shape, and more than 2,000,000 people follow our work. Studia 54 projects are not only recognized — they are dreamed of, saved, discussed, shared, and used as inspiration. Today, we present the architectural trends that will define 2026.

Trend 1: Personalization
In the past, trends were directions everyone followed simply because they were fashionable. You could easily spot identical elements — or even entire houses — created by endlessly repeating the same trend.
Today, clients follow not fashion, but their own feelings. What truly matters is comfort, coziness, status — a residence must reflect its owner. This is timeless architecture that remains relevant regardless of shifting design currents.
Studia 54 projects never repeat, because each residence is designed around the client’s lifestyle, profession, hobbies, habits, and wishes. We create bespoke furniture, lighting installations, and sculptures — many of these elements exist as one-of-a-kind pieces.
Personalization is a tool powerful enough to create trends of its own.
For example, in our Repino residence, we created a series of monkey sculptures at our own production facility. This art piece became so popular that new clients often request a similar sculpture for their projects. Some of the monkeys have already made their way to Moscow — and this is only the beginning.

Trend 2: Integrating architecture into nature
The Studia 54 architectural style emerged in 2019. Its defining feature is harmony with nature. Since then, we have consistently used a color palette inspired by the surrounding landscape, as well as premium materials known for their durability, safety, and resistance to corrosion.
In 2026, this muted, nature-driven palette becomes a new trend — one we felt and anticipated years ago.

Trend 3: Fluid lines
In addition to a harmonious color palette, architecture can blend organically with the landscape through its form. Many of our residences feature elongated proportions, smooth contours, and flowing silhouettes. The reason is simple: linear shapes that follow the natural terrain create a sense of unity with the environment.
This trend is reflected in the Dubai residence designed by our team. We drew inspiration from the tropical climate — the vast Rub’ al Khali desert and the waves of the Persian Gulf. Our aim was to capture the aesthetics of sand dunes, which led us to use fluid lines and an amorphous supporting structure. The walls flow into one another, as if the residence were shaped by the elements themselves.

Another example is the mansion in Millennium Park. This grand residence feels like a winter castle in the Studia 54 style, seamlessly merging with the surrounding landscape. Travertine and premium wood species became the dominant materials, creating a soft contrast and a warm, festive atmosphere. Here too, we embraced fluid lines and rounded forms throughout the architectural composition.

Trend 4: Premium materials
In luxury architecture, the choice of materials is always about aesthetics, longevity, and tactile experience. We prioritize natural materials that become even more beautiful over time, enhancing the status and individuality of the residence.
Classic brick and concrete are not the foundation of a truly luxurious home. Which materials should be used in the upcoming year?
- Granite — a durable material that conveys architectural monumentality;
- Exotic hardwoods such as cumaru and merbau (traditionally used in yacht construction);
- Slate, which adds depth and rich texture to surfaces;
- Travertine, ideal for creating a subtle aged effect.
Trend 5: Panoramic glazing
Demand for properties with picturesque views is higher than ever. Panoramic windows are a key technique for dissolving the boundaries between interior and exterior. Sliding panels, instead of traditional doors, offer a more modern solution and allow residents to enjoy nature from any point in the home.
Panoramic glazing in our projects always reflects the lifestyle scenarios of the homeowners. Whenever possible, we design layouts so that the breakfast area overlooks the sunrise, while the living room captures the sunset.

Modern trends in premium architecture are no longer a strict set of rules — they are tools for creating a truly unique residence. Personalization, harmony with the landscape, fluid forms, noble materials, and panoramic glazing all serve a single purpose: to create a home that becomes a natural extension of one’s personality and way of life.
Studia 54 doesn’t follow trends — we shape them, guided by the desires of our clients. This is why our projects remain relevant for many years to come.
