The local flavor inspired our team to create expressive projects for customers from different parts of the continent. Our experience in Africa is the pride of our portfolio and proof that modern luxury can simultaneously combine both the unique style of Studia 54 and local traditions.
Most of our projects are concentrated in Morocco, a country where ancient craft traditions are wonderfully combined with a modern vision of aesthetics. Customers often come to us with special requests, turning each new project into a creative challenge and an opportunity to discover another facet of our team's skill. It is here that inspiration is born from the contrast of the sultry sun and the coolness of stone, the aroma of spices and the purity of marble, oriental generosity and European restraint.
Dialogue with nature
The trend typical for most African projects is the predominance of open spaces and interiors filled with natural light. Large panoramic windows, open terraces and a smooth transition from the interior to the exterior allow the house to literally merge with the landscape. Light and air become full participants in the composition.
In the Studia 54 project, the interior design of the 821 square meters residence, the special wish of the customer was the embodiment of the soul of Morocco — sultry, temperamental, and at the same time incredibly harmonious. The residence's space is filled with sunlight streaming from panoramic windows, reflected in mirrors and soft leather panels.
There are three scenarios of life in the spacious living room: formal receptions, cozy family evenings and dinners with friends. Warm shades of wood, emerald accents and soft textures create a feeling of comfort and sophistication.

Elegant lamps resembling palm leaves laconically complement the fireplace area of the residence. Each room is filled with bright natural light, due to which the interior acquires new colors and embodiments.
As a result, the interior became a reflection of the customer's personality and the spirit of Morocco. The project fulfilled all the wishes of the owner and became a harmonious continuation of his ideas about the dream house.

Bright accents and art objects
Every Studia 54 project is born from a dialogue with the customer — from his ideas, emotions, and history. Inspired by the culture of the country and what is close to the owner, the team creates unique art objects and interior elements based on their own sketches. National motifs are reinterpreted in our reading, and the author's installations become the heart of the space, concentrating the energy of the house.
The project in Nigeria stands out for its bold palette and integration of unique art objects reflecting the spirit of the continent. For the customer, an entrepreneur from Brazil, the Studia 54 team created an interior in which innovations meet with African exoticism. His main wish was to combine in one space the functionality for business meetings and the atmosphere of coziness necessary for relaxation and personal comfort.
The interior composition of the house is based on contrasts: cold wood and warm metal, matte surfaces and bright accents. The principle of color blocking has become the main tool of expression: royal blue, pistachio, cobalt and burgundy create picturesque tension and energy.

The special pride of the project is the decoration of the recreation area with mutaforma material created on the basis of nanotechnology. It changes the optical properties of glass, turning the walls into a shimmering canvas of light and color.
Each room is functional and at the same time emotional: from a strict office to a private block with lounge areas and billiards. The interior combines European restraint and African expression, turning the townhouse into a personalized space in accordance with the customer's wishes.

Natural palette and tactility
The colors of the interiors created by the Studia 54 team are inspired by African nature, from sand and terracotta to rich shades of green and gold. The decoration is dominated by natural materials: stone, wood, leather, brass. Each of them was chosen not only for aesthetics, but also for sensory perception — you want to touch them.
In the project for Morocco, oriental luxury meets Italian restrained beauty. While working on the interior, the Studia 54 team was looking for a way to transfer the country's solar energy through form and material. This is how the idea of a Murano glass chandelier with the addition of gold, made according to personal sketches, was born. Its soft glow seems to enliven the space, echoing the glare of the sun on marble and the warm sheen of wood.

The staircase made of natural marble is the center of attraction of the villa. The pattern of the material smoothly transitions from step to step, creating a single composition. This result was achieved thanks to sophisticated technology: the steps are carved from a single piece of marble.

When designing the interior, the Studia 45 team paid special attention to the tactility of materials: wood, marble, leather and brass create the feeling of a real home, where art becomes part of everyday life. The bathroom is like a temple of solitude, and the pool and patio continue the aesthetics of an open—air home, where every evening turns into an unforgettable memory.

A combination of elegance and natural authenticity
Africa inspires not only with nature, but also with a special sense of proportion. Here, luxury does not scream, but breathes the warmth of the earth and the craftsmanship of the hands. In its African projects, Studia 54 combines noble materials and artisanal traditions, creating its own interpretation of elegance in a unique style.
The design project of the 1070 square meters villa embodies the flavor of sunny Morocco, and the unusual life story of our customers inspired the designers of Studia 54 to use spicy shades in the interior. Our customers are a young couple for whom ecology and caring for nature have become not just a belief, but a way of life. They dreamed of a house where the interior would reflect their worldview and love of the nature of Africa. We were pleased to implement this idea in our corporate identity: the house became the embodiment of the convenience and aesthetics of premium class hotels, while retaining bright personalized accents.
The living room is the center of attraction of the house, where a marble wall with metal inserts organically combines with a soft sofa ensemble from Minotti. In the project, we have provided various lighting scenarios: in the evening, smart lighting creates a chamber atmosphere for cozy evenings with family.

The master bedroom is decorated in warm amber-gold tones, and the Sans Souci pendant chandeliers add a jewelry touch to the space. The guest bedroom and wardrobe demonstrate a balance of light and transparency: glass doors, mirrors and light textures create a feeling of lightness.
Light as an instrument of the atmosphere
Light plays a key role in Studia 54's African projects. The daytime sun and soft evening lighting shape the mood, emphasize the textures and create the effect of a "living" space.
African villa of 1082 square meters — "grandeur" by Studia 54. In it, each zone is an element of a well—thought-out scenario for the life of our customers, embodying their personal preferences.
The living room with panoramic windows is filled with light reflected in glass and leather. The Sans Souci chandelier is like a soaring stream of light that sets the mood for the entire space.

The dining room is an allegory of light and form. The installation of glass cylinders illuminated from the inside creates a game of glare, turning the dinner into a theatrical performance.
Black onyx, leather and velvet in the study, marble in the bathroom, animalistic textures in the bedrooms — all this creates a multi-layered aesthetic in which luxury sounds soft and noble.

The corporate identity of Studia 54 is recognizable anywhere in the world — it is the harmony of proportions, attention to detail and a special sense of light. However, in each project it acquires local features. In the GCC countries, we are rethinking oriental luxury, creating a space of restrained grandeur and natural texture. In Europe, the emphasis is on functionalism and technology. In Africa, we use warm natural shades, artisanal elements and characteristic plastic shapes. This adaptability allows you to preserve the identity of the interior, revealing its versatility in the context of different cultures.
We know how to listen, interpret, and make dreams come true, while maintaining a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and investment value. Each project becomes not just an interior object, but part of the global philosophy of Studia 54 — the philosophy of luxury and perfection in detail.
