Dubai continues to confirm its status as one of the most profitable investment centers in the world in 2025. Due to its high profitability, low taxes and active lifestyle, the city is attractive to investors from different countries, including Russia — the share of Russian buyers reaches 8%. They are increasingly choosing Dubai as a safe and promising place to invest wisely, preferring luxury real estate. It is an ideal city for creating elegant homes that combine the richness of tradition and the boldness of embodying unique design concepts.
Our studio team has implemented many large-scale projects on the Persian Gulf coast. We have extensive experience in this region, and we have learned how to competently integrate traditional and cultural elements in the style of Studia 54. In this article, we have collected for you some of the best projects implemented over the past few years.
Oases of modernity
The scenic Dubai landscape hides the Rub al Khali desert, famous for its huge sand dunes and extreme heat, where temperatures in summer can exceed +50°C, and there has been no precipitation for years. This is reflected in the projects implemented by the Studia 54 team. After all, such abnormal
weather conditions require a special approach and attention to detail.

The theme of the beauty
of pristine nature in the interior is a key feature of such projects. The desert landscape is sometimes tiring, and residences and villas surrounded by the sea become objects of inspiration
. It is the proximity to the water that creates a sense of solitude and tranquility.
The interior of an elite villa on Bluewaters Island in oriental style
The main idea of the 1000 m2 Bluewaters villa project is based on the concept of elite oriental
houses, characterized by luxurious majlis, spacious guest areas with plenty of seating, the use of exquisite expensive materials and spectacular cascading chandeliers. The main design objective in interior design was to create a comfortable space for large family gatherings and guest receptions.
The Mejlis
is the central architectural component of a house in Oriental culture, designed for business meetings or evenings with family. The main functional task of the space is to achieve a relaxing and calming atmosphere. Our project for the Majlis uses traditional oriental motifs in the design of chandeliers and exclusive Majlis panels made of precious woods
.

The luxury of the interiors is effectively complemented by natural elements
. Guests of the villa are greeted by a picturesque tree in the middle of the water surface. The central hall is decorated with Jeff Koons
sculptures and a custom-made chandelier made of thousands of crystals. The natural walnut wall trim with gradient tinting effectively emphasizes the status
of the owner.

A fabulous villa with a unique light installation
According to the experience of Studia 54, Dubai projects are dominated by a complex color palette and unique compositional solutions that create an atmosphere of luxury
, comfort and exoticism. Gold
, deep blue, bright red or emerald green are used for accent elements, walls or decorative details, giving the interior a special charm.
The design solutions implemented in Dubai in our corporate style are distinguished by thoughtful scenarios of life, high detail, and art objects
. This approach allows you to emphasize the exclusivity
of the design, making the interior truly memorable and spectacular.
For example, the interior of a 1000 m2 villa in Dubai is decorated with fantastic installations
, color schemes and natural finishing materials: wood, marble, velour, leather.

The project's customers are a young couple
. They travel a lot and own real estate all over the world. This villa was supposed to be not only a cozy and family abode where they spend most of the year at work, but also an ideal place for receiving guests and holding special events. The customer's wife dreamed of a spacious aquarium, which our team expertly integrated into the interior of the main living room.
The project fully reflects the lifestyle and hobbies of the owners of the elegant villa. When creating the interior design, we tried to take into account all the wishes of the customer, so there are so many facilities in the house that create a comfortable atmosphere
for receiving guests.: 2 living rooms, a cozy fireplace, a grand piano for musical evenings and designer works of art that captivate the eye.

450 m2 villa with Classic Blue color accents
When designing Dubai interiors, the Studia 54 team pays special attention to the use of natural materials that emphasize the luxury and exclusivity of the space. Such projects often use the highest quality marble, rare types of wood
such as rosewood or mahogany, as well as natural stone and silk.
The main color of the interior of each room of the villa has become the shade of 2020 according to Pantone
— rich blue Classic Blue. We realized the customer's dream of a luxurious dining area for his extended family by decorating it with a floating installation resembling the tail of an unusual sea creature
and an impressive illuminated glass composition.

It was important for the customers, true connoisseurs of luxury furniture, to achieve the atmosphere of a luxury hotel — this was their key request. The gray-pearl furniture group from Longhi
harmoniously combines with bright armchairs from Vittoria Frigerio
and a group of accent coffee tables in the family living room. Silk, leather and velvet are used for curtains and upholstery, they create a feeling of comfort and harmony. The use of these natural materials allows you to emphasize the status of the interior, give it a unique charm and expressiveness, which is a characteristic feature of Dubai design.

Luxury villa in Dubai as an art object
Projects in the UAE are being implemented on a truly royal scale, which is reflected in both large-scale architectural solutions and refined interior design. The interior of our Dubai project is executed with special luxury – it is a real modern oriental fairy tale
, the embodiment of exclusive aesthetics in our unique style.

The hanging installation in the main hall in the form of a meteor shower
, emerald art objects, silver chandeliers, created at the personal request of the customer, transport the guests of the residence to the wonderful world of the Middle East.
The dining area in the Dubai villa with emerald accents is filled with light and is spacious due to panoramic glazing. The Opera Contemporary dining table for eight people is complemented by designer furniture from Minotti
.
The interior designs of villas in Dubai, implemented by Studia 54, create a sense of a fabulous atmosphere through the integration of traditional motifs, the use of warm, soft lighting and the introduction of spectacular
artistic compositions. The outgoing light from designer custom-made lamps and hidden sources fills the space with comfort and creates a sense of harmony, turning the interior into a magical place. In combination with unique installations, artistic compositions, light panels and decorative elements, such interiors acquire a special magical atmosphere.

The implementation of projects in different countries requires impeccable organization and control. Each stage of our work is built into a clear, structured scheme that guarantees an ideal result.
