The interior of an elite villa on Bluewaters Island in oriental style
The main idea of the 1000 m2 Bluewaters villa project is based on the concept of elite oriental houses, characterized by luxurious majlis, spacious guest areas with plenty of seating, the use of exquisite expensive materials and spectacular cascading chandeliers. The main design objective in interior design was to create a comfortable space for large family gatherings and guest receptions.
The Mejlis is the central architectural component of a house in Oriental culture, designed for business meetings or evenings with family. The main functional task of the space is to achieve a relaxing and calming atmosphere. Our project for the Majlis uses traditional oriental motifs in the design of chandeliers and exclusive Majlis panels made of precious woods.
The luxury of the interiors is effectively complemented by natural elements. Guests of the villa are greeted by a picturesque tree in the middle of the water surface. The central hall is decorated with Jeff Koons sculptures and a custom-made chandelier made of thousands of crystals. The natural walnut wall trim with gradient tinting effectively emphasizes the status of the owner.

The project's customers are a young couple. They travel a lot and own real estate all over the world. This villa was supposed to be not only a cozy and family abode where they spend most of the year at work, but also an ideal place for receiving guests and holding special events. The customer's wife dreamed of a spacious aquarium, which our team expertly integrated into the interior of the main living room.
The project fully reflects the lifestyle and hobbies of the owners of the elegant villa. 450 m2 villa with Classic Blue color accents
When designing Dubai interiors, the Studia 54 team pays special attention to the use of natural materials that emphasize the luxury and exclusivity of the space. Such projects often use the highest quality marble, rare types of wood such as rosewood or mahogany, as well as natural stone and silk.
The main color of the interior of each room of the villa has become the shade of 2020 according to Pantone — rich blue Classic Blue. We realized the customer's dream of a luxurious dining area for his extended family by decorating it with a floating installation resembling the tail of an unusual sea creature and an impressive illuminated glass composition.
It was important for the customers, true connoisseurs of luxury furniture, to achieve the atmosphere of a luxury hotel — this was their key request. The gray-pearl furniture group from Longhi harmoniously combines with bright armchairs from Vittoria Frigerio and a group of accent coffee tables in the family living room. Silk, leather and velvet are used for curtains and upholstery, they create a feeling of comfort and harmony. The use of these natural materials allows you to emphasize the status of the interior, give it a unique charm and expressiveness, which is a characteristic feature of Dubai design.
Luxury villa in Dubai as an art object
