Having received the interior design project for their home in Penza, the homeowners couldn't resist and ordered the exterior design. After all, their own house should look excellent not only on the inside but also on the outside!
Only modern energy-efficient materials are used in the facade finishing - decorative facade plaster, Italian porcelain stoneware from the Ragno collection, and thermally treated planks made of Abash wood, also known as African oak. The house's uniqueness is emphasized by meticulously thought-out details - posts of noble color clad in corten steel, stylish lighting fixtures from Centrsvet, and refined decor. The panoramic glazing, with Schuco profiles, as always, has excellent thermal insulation properties.
The resulting facades perfectly reflect the luxurious interiors and impeccable taste of the owners. The spacious house allows several generations to gather, spend time together, and not create any inconvenience for each other since all zones are clearly divided. The project's special highlight is the winter garden, which serves as a warm oasis during bad weather. It's a pleasant place to be alone, meditate, and relax away from the hustle and bustle.
